Our room was just like the pictures, a bit small but perfectly adequate for two people. The bathroom looked relatively newly renovated. In terms of cleanliness in the room, everything was wonderful and the rest of the guesthouse seemed very tidy. The breakfast made a decent impression, there was everything you needed and it was tasty. Don't forget you are in a pension. The location was very good. One is fast at the Königssee and in other places. Opposite the accommodation is a gorge that can be visited on foot from the pension. All in all completely satisfied with our stay!

Very clean hotel, the front desk staff is very welcoming, the room does not have a hot water bottle and cup, and the luggage can be stored for half a day for free. The room has an electric heater, and in mid-October I opened a little temperature. It is 15 minutes walk from the King Lake cruise terminal, and the walkway and car are separated, very safe. The dock was full and the boat started. I took the boat at 9 am, the lake was foggy and the scenery was not visible all the way, but when the fog cleared, the whole King's Lake and the Red Dome Church were full of fairy spirits against the trees and mountains. We stayed there for 3 nights with a 5 year old child. Room: We were able to have a room with a balcony which adds a real plus to the service, seen on the front of the hotel and the restaurant which closes at 10 p.m. (we were treated to a concert by Bavarian musicians, very, nice ). The bedding was ok, a little trouble with the pillow, the bathroom small but functional (clearly in the standard of hotels of this price) super clean hotel. Conclusion: Do not be afraid of the proximity of the road, the railway or the restaurant which are in fact advantages we have not suffered any inconvenience on this side. I just returned from a three night stay at the Hotel Alpina. As always it was a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean with a comfy bed along with good wifi. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Since my last stay they have expanded their menu and it was really fantastic! Since the pandemic they have done some renovations to many areas of the hotel. I noticed the gym has all new equipment. I highly recommend staying here as it's my favourite hotel in the area and you're treated like family!
