4 nights stay in this hotel in the small village of Saig. A exemplary welcome on the first day with a visit from the entire establishment to show us the various services offered All staff is pleasant and laughing, many even make a effort to speak French. The hotel has a spacious and clean room with balcony, with a full sugar/salate breakfast for all tastes, but the hotel does not offer a restaurant for lunch/night. (Neighbouring establishment is a good alternative to eat)

Facilities: The room has a balcony to smoke, there is a spa downstairs, I saw naked swimming, or I brought my own swimsuit, and the surrounding shops sold.
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Summer and winter should be the best season, October the lake often foggy

Well placed hotel (attention, 5mn walk from the lake, sure, but in front of the station therefore no view) I found the clean room, but cold and soulless, and the very sound hotel (the doors separate the corridors from the staircase clack noisy, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. There is no courtesy plate so nothing to prepare a hot drink. No refrigerator nor.At this price I expected to be better. Furthermore, attention to the prices, they are very variable from day to day (sometimes €50 for the same room). The hotel has a varied breakfast and a quality, there is a drink distributor. You must know that the reception is closed at 16:00 and you will not have any staff at the hotel over this time.

Let’s start with the good: The apartment was exceptionally clean! Also breakfast was good! Where we found to be room for improvement was the basic kitchen amenities. First we had to get a box with kitchen supplies but the pans and pots were not clean. Also lots of things weren’t provided like a cutting board and proper knives. Also at the price point I would have expected salt/pepper to be included. Some of the staff member were less helpful than others. During check in I felt the helpfulness and friendliness were really lacking. Simple questions like where we could get groceries and such were answered with a sigh and a general wave of the hand in the supermarket’s direction. Not really helpful. Other staff member were friendly and kind though! All in all we felt that the price point did not match the experience we had. The general vibe of the apartment, the squeaky beds and kitchen lay out certainly did not translate to a €300 + price per night.

The service is good. The farmer in the back will graze in the morning and you can see the lovely cattle. You can see the beautiful forest in the morning. It is a little distance from the station. Non-Self-driving tourists are recommended to check the bus first and then go there.

The hotel consists of rooms as well as rooms in houses nearby which are spacious and beautifuly clean and roomy. It makes it a better experience than in an overcluttered hotel. The breakfast excellent and the staff could not be more kind and efficient. Views over the lake are exceptional. We will definatly return.
