They will receive you with a nice cold tea. The crew is so nice that you will feel at home. The breakfast is complete: local natural juice (season), coffee or tea, local breakfast + croissant , omelette and jam/honey. The pool Is perfect, with a jacuzzi and lovely view. You can rent bikes or ask for a taxi/tuk tuk , they hotel staff will help you out always at any time. You can also book tours at the hotel, they will assist you to go to Louxor temple, or the valley of the kings, or a hot balloon trip. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with real authentic local food. They grow some vegetables and fruits on the back of the hotel! Everything is homemade at the moment you ordering! Prices are a deal for good quality in a quiet na d beautiful place! You get a nice view toward the Nile river.

Peaceful place on the bank of the Nile away from the busy areas where you can relax. The grounds and views of the Nile are beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy, especially Ahmed (nephew of the owner) who was lovely to me and my son and really looked after us when we went to have a look around the west bank. The owner and his wife were also lovely and we felt very safe there. You can get food there and they can organise cars and trips. If you like walking, you can walk and get the ferry or one of the many independent boats across to the east bank. Although it is away from the sites of the east bank, it is quiet and peaceful and you will appreciate that at the end of a busy day of sight seeing and haggling. Would definitely return.

This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!

The owner and the tenants are very friendly. When we arrived after 0:00, the neighbors and tenants welcomed us warmly, offered us a seat, poured us drinks, and contacted us to get the keys, just like a professional waiter. The owner helped us contact the tat-tat service and even went to pick us up at the pier. The location is just a little off, so Google navigation is prone to problems.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, my children especially enjoyed the food. Service in the hotel was excellent with welcoming staff, good response times and what felt like personalised service from several staff members.
We came to Luxor to see the historical sites and the location is well suited for these,. The hotel has a great view across the Nile..... our first morning we woke up to see the hot air ballons flying high above the West Bank.... beautiful.Transportation to these sites was really well organised and realistically priced, I thoroughly recommend the in hotel transportation service. A special mention goes to Clara who not only was very knowledgeable about all the trips but also went out of her way to ensure that if there were any issues with your arranged trip, she would do everything she could to resolve them satisfactorily and keep you readily informed.
No negatives observed in our 4 night stay.

We (our group) checked in for one night only unfortunately. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the Nile from our balcony. Breakfast the next day was a good spread of western and local dishes. Not sure if we were given an upgrade, but the size of the two rooms was impressive. The pool was clean and the view enchanting.

Perfect location on Nile waterfront and walking distance to town. Beautiful big pool and pool service. Prices for food and drinks reasonable and good service. Rooms very good and great value. Beautiful gardens around pool.

In the West bank district of Luxor, close to Medinet Habu Temple, Ramsses Palace has a garden and a washing machine. The property features accommodation with a balcony. One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. It was overall an amazing experience. First, professional staff and very friendly, from reception to restaurant and room service, all was amazing. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything that a guest might need. When faced with a problem they quickly try to solve it. Also they were very trust worthy. I happened to lose my sunglasses and they kept them safe for me to pick them up. The view from the nile side was stunning, I strongly recommend picking a room with that view, it’s totally worth the additional fee. The breakfast was also delicious with variety of choices and so was the dinner. This stay is totally worth 5 stars
