Ya he perdido la cuenta de las veces que he confiado en este maravilloso equipo para celebrar cumpleaños, comuniones… hasta días de los enamorados y me siguen sorprendiendo siempre. La calidad de sus platos, combinando sabores tradicionales sin olvidar la innovación son siempre éxito seguro. Pero el servicio es espectacular, la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan en el Hotel Cortijo Chico, hacen que siempre quieras volver. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar con profesionalidad, aconsejando adecuadamente y sin olvidar nunca la sonrisa. Gabriel, Antonio y un sinfín de personas consiguen con su trato amable engrandecer cualquier evento que quieras celebrar dentro del marco incomparable de sus jardines.

Disliked · Staff were rude, blamed us when we made complaints, staff tried to threaten us with police and kept barging my partner just for complaining. Shuttle is shocking doesn’t pick you up from airport as you can only book from hotel, shuttle from beach was late then lied to as to why. Bugs in bed, shower not working all together just shocking. Bed was hard, walls were really thin could hear everything, beds changed by not put any clean bedding on!! Staff seemed really moody and annoyed whenever we asked a question or spoke to them. As we’re young tourists just felt unsafe and anxious so left to a different hotel on last night

1st time at this hotel but we wasn't disappointed at all rooms are huge and so are the balcony's We originally went as half board but we upgraded to all inclusive for the 6days out of 7 and it was 100 euros each. so I think it's cheaper to do it that way and not let holiday companies charge you through the roof prices . Food: They have a different theme every night for dinner the snack bar is always the same but it's a snack bar so it's your usual burgers,chips and hotdogs etc but it is good quality for a snack bar. Breakfast is always the same but there's limited things you can do for a breakfast but there is loads to choose from. Drinks are as you'd expect from all inclusive but they're very generous with spirits they fill the glass to where you want it and then you nip to the coke machine to top it up yourself. Pool areas are spotless you're not allowed to smoke or take food into the main pool area there is always beds so no need to rush and put your towel down and leave it there all day😂 Entertainment is quite late in general maybe they should start the kids disco around 8ish then do some bingo or a raffle before the main entertainment as there is an hour or just under waiting times in between. The only let down is other nationalities or rude and don't understand what a line is so try pushing in but that's nothing the hotel done wrong. Just a quite note to finish it was my partners birthday 1 of the nights we was away and they gave us champagne all night from dinner until we went to bed I nipped down around 10.30pm to get a coke and I ended going back up with another bottle 😂😂 We will be booking again for next year 👍

2 nts RO - we arrived after midnight with hire car. 24 reception, free parking. Very comfy memory foam mattress topper. Able to get v reasonably priced sandwich after midnight from their lobby venting machine ( 1.80 euro) 9 euro for very decent breakfast Quirky hotel , lovely courtyard ( Moroccan style) to sit / read and pool with sun-beds was open yet water cold . Didn’t try their independent restaurant but had a trip again fairly priced. Taxi on one of their holidays 14 euro to malaga city centre Hotel close to airport but quite complicated/ long route to it - Hotel give better instructions than *********** address . Manager did warn us though. Nothing else there cant walk around

My husband and I just spent a week here and it perfect for us. We were All Inclusive but did not eat our evening meal here as we like going a wander at night and eating out. Breakfast and lunch were fabulous for us, especially the steak at lunch yesterday (Monday) that was cooked perfectly. Sun loungers, we just used the sun terrace as we don’t need poolside and we did manage to get a spot everyday. A few people did smoke up there even though there is a no smoking sign and we did not want to say anything to the smokers in case it caused trouble but maybe the staff could speak to people when they come round collecting glasses in the future. Pool, it was freezing, as the sun didn’t come out til around 10am and was gone by around 2pm, we rarely used it. Our room was perfect, cleaned every day with fresh towels, really can’t fault it. The staff were all brilliant, always polite and friendly. We were not aware that there was entertainment in Pepe’s but that is down to us not paying attention. When leaving we were unable to keep our room on as hotel was extremely busy but staff allowed us to store our luggage in a holding room and provided us towels to shower in the shower room which was spotless , as we we checked out at 11am and we were not leaving until 6pm, we also got to use our All Inclusive the full day where other hotels don’t allow that after check out. We will for sure go back.

Excellent to spend a night. Very clean.. And very friendly receptionist. I hope to make us the entrance
