Hey just writing this quick review as we have only arrived today after being petrified for weeks wondering what we were walking in to. I just want to reassure everyone who are planning on visiting soon, that our 1 bed apartment is SPOTLESS huge in size and has gorgeous views, the staff have been super friendly ensuring our room was ready for us hours before check in time. I plan to update on our departure x

We stayed in a Luxury Deluxe sea view room with hot tub. The room wasn’t huge and massively lacked storage especially drawers. It also lacked in surface areas. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the hot tub was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel and the variety of pillows were just lovely. The Tv had a few English channels. I loved the illuminated vanity mirror over the sink. The main negatives for the room were the fact you needed to pay for the safe. The mini bar was stocked but was not free to all inclusive. Usually the mini bar is stocked in most hotels and the first lot of contents free then you pay if you want it restocked. We removed the contents and bought our own from the spar around the corner. I was shocked that there were no bath robes and slippers, especially that the room had a hot tub. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that they haven’t been provided. The worst part of the room for us was the lack of privacy in the toilet. It’s just a glass sliding door and leaves nothing to the imagination unfortunately. The food we found to be fantastic and the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The coffee at breakfast was lovely and really liked being able to have a takeaway coffee it was a lovely touch. The lunch particularly at Champs bar was fantastic the food was cooked to order and hot and fresh. The staff in champs were absolutely fantastic. The staff in the buffet restaurant were so friendly. The drinks here especially the cocktails were really good. The service at B Lounge was very slow and on one occasion non existent. We went in one evening and it was almost empty with about 6 tables worth of guests. We waited over 20 minutes and gave up and left as we weren’t served despite getting the waiter’s attention on a few occasions, and also going to the bar to be told sit down and a waiter will serve you. We never drank in there since and went to Champs instead. The bands they had on in the evenings were great. The pool area was lovely and you could find loungers at any point during the day. No sunlounger wars at this hotel. All the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, we loved the “we happy” animation teams guy who does the aqua aerobics and activities. Was suprised to find out on check out that the all inclusive stopped at 12 check out time. We didn’t leave for the airport until 5pm but didn’t arrive until 8pm. Never experienced this on any other hotel. We’ve always been allowed to use all facilities until you leave. Would advise you to check your bill on check out as I had a bill presented to me for drinks charges in Champs that didn’t belong to us. We hadn’t ordered anything that wasn’t included in the AI package and checked the time of all inclusive ending and disputed it as we were back to the room each night by 11:30 and AI finished at 12:30. These charges were removed but i can’t understand how it happened.

Where do I even start with this hotel. For the life of me I can't understand why it seems to be the majority of people are raving positively about it. I was there in March and only just now getting round to writing a review. To expect people to stay and pay good money to this dreadful place is an insult to people's intelligence. We checked in and went to our room the furniture was extremely dated. The kitchen was basically falling apart and there was rust everywhere. It was disgusting. The bedroom door would not close properly as it was sticking on the floor. The curtains where falling off the living room window. We complained and had to fight to be moved. We where moved the next day and this room was no better. Doors water damaged, curtains trailing on the floor. Brown spots on the yellow curtains in the bedroom looked suspiciously blood stains. The backs of the curtains where covered on black mold. This was right beside the bed. At night we where very cold as there was only a sheet over our beds. We had to use our towels over the sheets to stay warm. There was double duvets but this was unsuitable and to heavy for single beds. At night time there was a constant banging noise, sounded like a door on the roof area. This was every night. Again the kitchen poorly maintained and very little utensils. The plug in the kitchen was also very lose. The furniture was fit for a bomb fire. Very worn and marked. We did complain but go where. Also complained to Jet2 but unfortunately everywhere was booked up. The hotel manager lady and the staff where extremely rude and just didn't want to know. The whole lack of people skills was disgustingly embarrassing for this ”hotel” It was absolutely disgusting and is no way to treat paying guests. The area around the pool was very unkept. Hopefully since my stay they have discovered what a paint brush is. Paint work of walls etc was flaking off. The pool area was not clean. I only seen them once out cleaning the area down properly with power hoses. The pool itself had algae growing around the ledges into the water. It made be gringe that parents where letting their children swim in it. The paddling pool was not very clean looking. The bottom of it looked like it was all stained by algae. I watched a cleaner use a mop and bucket to clean the tiles around the pool area. He never changed the water and dumped the dirty water into a drain beside the paddling pool. Leaving dirty water around it. Regarding the pool area it was a free for all regarding the sun Lodgers. People where expected to lift off heavy sun longers themselves. Regarding the accommodation blocks these should be condemned. The window frames don't fit the walls properly. Allowing wind etc to blow through. They don't look safe and in no way meet EU regulations. Never in my life have I stayed in such a dreadful place we just wanted to go home. I have stayed in much better hostels in my student days. Do not stay in this place. It is such a shame as it is so

I spent a week at this hotel and it was very nice. I had a large room that was very clean on arrival. Plenty of space to store stuff. The staff at this hotel are amazing . Always smiling and friendly nothing is to much trouble. The food is your usual all inclusive selection . Very good choice and good quality . Breakfast was excellent . The pool bar offers a later breakfast option and good food all day . The pool area is very relaxing and spacious. I would probably prefer the pool to be a bit deeper. Great views from the terrace of the beach and resort . The hotel is in a great location . At the back gate you are straight out on to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Out of the front of the hotel you have more bars and restaurants. Main resort area less than 5 min walk . The evening entertainment was excellent good singers every night

We visited last year with our son so wanted to return here with our twin daughters also as we knew it was clean, safe, great location and the pools are warm. We had another great stay. We had requested a ground floor room and really hoped we weren’t facing the building work as family rooms are to that side. Room was perfect position! Easy access to both pools and breakfast room, ground floor and no building work seen or heard. All the staff were very friendly but particularly the lifeguard (we heard someone call him Gilbert so may be his name?) and Ava/Ana on reception who were just fantastic so helpful and so friendly. Breakfast is 8-11 which allows you time for a lay in and check out is 12! Great timings so you’re never rushed. Fab food at breakfast, especially the fried eggs and never a queue for anything. Many thanks and hopefully we will be returning again soon.

this was our first visit to costa teguise after spending lots of time looking through reviews, siroco stood out from the rest so we booked a winter break , first of when we arrived front of house very courteous easy checkin we upgraded our package to sernity which i dont regret , we stayed in upper level 1230 , plenty of space for 2 of us large seating area with tv which mixed channels spanish and english , kitchen area has microwave , kettle , fridge , small hob , everything you need if want a cosy night in , to front of property balcony with table and chairs , to the rear of property good size bathroom shower was perfect , bed room has plenty hanging space for clothes , only downfall you have to pay for renting the safe , was celebrating birthday and came home to find nice card and bubbly very nice touch , i would highly recommend siroco as from front of desk to the lady that done a terrific job room cleaned every 2 days and the ladys never miss one bit cleaned top to bottom just as you first arrive , this hotel is perfectly safe to leave items in room so credit to staff , breakfast was good brilliant choice from cooked to cereal, continental choice coffee, pure orange ect , have snacks good prices and food is fresh cooked , they have pool tables think cost euro , and siroco had entertainment at a night time aswell , So thankyou siroco for brilliant stay

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 27th November 2024 until 7th December 2024. Our first impression when walking into the hotel reception area was….WOW. We were in a superior double room on the fourth floor which had beautiful views of the pool areas and also the sea, it was spotlessly clean with a massive comfortable bed. All of the staff including the cleaners, reception, bar and restaurant staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem to them. We were all inclusive and the food was kept hot with plenty of choice and a good choice of premium spirits at the bars. The hotel entertained on an evening were all top class performers. To sum up….a fantastic hotel. We would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be back.
