It is a wonderful, cosy, clean hotel. There is very pleasant staff. There are very clean facilities and a fantastic spa. Location is very good, in a quiet place, near the center and near bus lines.

Once we had negotiated the narrow streets and found the entrance to the underground carpark, we were feeling ready for a rest. The hotel itself has retained a lot of its charm as a former monastery, with antique furniture dotted around and a magnificent main staircase. The room was mercifully not overlooking the street but towards the back, so it was much quieter. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little in need of some updating, was spacious and everything worked. Breakfast was copious, served in a huge dining room. On our first morning, we were up very early as we had to get to Jerez on time, and so we were together with a large party of elderly Spanish tourists. There was an unpleasant episode with the waiter in charge of breakfast, who started shouting at me in Spanish that I h ad come in the wrong door and didn't I realise this?? It was a complete overreaction and totally unnecessary. He never really apologised and it left a nasty taste in the mouth. Generally the staff were OK, but not particularly friendly or helpful. But as we were only staying 2 nights, and were out most of the day, it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant had been closed, presumably due to the pandemic, so we went out on the 2 evening we were there, which we probably would have done in any case. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel, but it's a pity that the staff were not more accommodating .

The 3 *** hotel hall makes you have a wrong idea about the state of the rooms, since it is beautiful and looks good in general. In our case the room is old in decoration and with a very worn general condition. the room door had one of the broken hinges and closing it was an odyssey. Double bed is requested and room with two beds. It has no nice views to the rear. The curtains of the bathroom give it an aspect of neglect and the extra mirror was almost hanging and had some molten bulb, smells in the bathroom. We found the buffet breakfast good and complete enough. The staff attends correctly. Much to improve for a price of more than € 100 per room per night.

Although I already live there in the port and knew the hotel, it is one of those that is worth returning for its large apartments and facilities where, even if it was just to sleep, they do not lack a detail if you wanted to eat, make use of the pools ,...it is a large complex and in this case I stayed next to my house but the Vista Hermosa urbanization is the best place to stay in the port because you have everything: shops, supermarkets, bars and venues nocturnal Always recommended! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a good TV, proper air conditioning, a good terrace overlooking the pool... Also, although I didn't use it, in summer they have their own bus that takes you to the beach .

We stayed 2 nights on easter holidays. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, and choosed a family room with ocean views. The room was quit big, with a big bad as well, two double beds, frigo, and one TV set. There was a balcony, although we couldn't enjoy because it was windy. The hotel has a spa, gym, and free parking. We use the gym, wich has many options, more than enough to make some exercise. The hotel is in front of the ocean, so the views are amazing. We have breakfast, wich was quite good with plenty of options to choose from, with eggs and bacon done in front of you. Probably the quality of some products could be better, but for the price and being a 3 star hotel we didn't have any complaint.

GGuest UserWe had a very nice, spacious twin bed room as were travelling as friends. Very clean. Got safe battery fixed and good as included safe. Had shower gel (although needed refilling!) shampoo, handwash and handcream. Had bath and shower arrangement, which I prefer. Also a minibar! Good shutters too to block out light and also aircon. TV modern and good size and free WiFi. Lighting in room nice too. Sink plug was faulty but a minor detail. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was first class. You can order also cooked breakfasts as you wish in addition. Only drawback is whilst parking is next door, it's charged for so we parked elsewhere FOC 13 mins walk away after Googling ”parking gratuito” in area. Thought there was a bar in hotel but there wasn't but no matter as place is heaving with nice, very reasonable bars and cafés. There's one just opposite if weather bad that is dirt cheap! All in all, I'd highly recommend. We stayed for 2 nights just to see nearby Cádiz. It's perfect for this whether by ferry, bus or train.

GGuest UserThe 3 *** hotel hall makes you have a wrong idea about the state of the rooms, since it is beautiful and looks good in general. In our case the room is old in decoration and with a very worn general condition. the room door had one of the broken hinges and closing it was an odyssey. Double bed is requested and room with two beds. It has no nice views to the rear. The curtains of the bathroom give it an aspect of neglect and the extra mirror was almost hanging and had some molten bulb, smells in the bathroom. We found the buffet breakfast good and complete enough. The staff attends correctly. Much to improve for a price of more than € 100 per room per night.

FFamilia Besada montillaAlthough I already live there in the port and knew the hotel, it is one of those that is worth returning for its large apartments and facilities where, even if it was just to sleep, they do not lack a detail if you wanted to eat, make use of the pools ,...it is a large complex and in this case I stayed next to my house but the Vista Hermosa urbanization is the best place to stay in the port because you have everything: shops, supermarkets, bars and venues nocturnal Always recommended! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a good TV, proper air conditioning, a good terrace overlooking the pool... Also, although I didn't use it, in summer they have their own bus that takes you to the beach .

Very Good
We stayed 2 nights on easter holidays. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, and choosed a family room with ocean views. The room was quit big, with a big bad as well, two double beds, frigo, and one TV set. There was a balcony, although we couldn't enjoy because it was windy. The hotel has a spa, gym, and free parking. We use the gym, wich has many options, more than enough to make some exercise. The hotel is in front of the ocean, so the views are amazing. We have breakfast, wich was quite good with plenty of options to choose from, with eggs and bacon done in front of you. Probably the quality of some products could be better, but for the price and being a 3 star hotel we didn't have any complaint.

GGuest UserOnce we had negotiated the narrow streets and found the entrance to the underground carpark, we were feeling ready for a rest. The hotel itself has retained a lot of its charm as a former monastery, with antique furniture dotted around and a magnificent main staircase. The room was mercifully not overlooking the street but towards the back, so it was much quieter. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little in need of some updating, was spacious and everything worked. Breakfast was copious, served in a huge dining room. On our first morning, we were up very early as we had to get to Jerez on time, and so we were together with a large party of elderly Spanish tourists. There was an unpleasant episode with the waiter in charge of breakfast, who started shouting at me in Spanish that I h ad come in the wrong door and didn't I realise this?? It was a complete overreaction and totally unnecessary. He never really apologised and it left a nasty taste in the mouth. Generally the staff were OK, but not particularly friendly or helpful. But as we were only staying 2 nights, and were out most of the day, it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant had been closed, presumably due to the pandemic, so we went out on the 2 evening we were there, which we probably would have done in any case. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel, but it's a pity that the staff were not more accommodating .

Bellissimo per un tre stelle, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buono il cibo a buffet e il personale gentile e professionale... Le camere sono un po' datate ma pulitissime e spaziose... E con comodo letto.. A 800 metri dalla spiaggia valdelagrana.. Una delle più rinomate di cadiz... meravigliosa di sabbia dorata finissima senza nemmeno una pietra... Piccola piscina molto pulita e ben servita....a 15 km da cadiz.. Parcheggio in strada gratuito.. unico neo non bisognerebbe mai ospitare una scolaresca insieme ai turisti...
