The perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

The great experience. It was to celebrate my couple's birthday and everything is very good, the fully equipped kitchen, there were accessories to clean the dishes both handily and to put washing machines, drapes etc ... For my time was very comfortable to make a dinner for two people in this The hotel is very clean and clean, with a hairdryer. The rooms were very clean with boxes in each room, everything very compact, there were more boxes in boxes if needed, a table to slip clothes, a safe, the truth is very good. The girl at the reception cared very well, explained how it works to enter the room and such, that goes with the codic, more Dan you the portal key, also give you a number for if you have an emergency and are not the reception where you can Call. I think I would certainly return there.

The room was acceptable, but the surprise came after. I booked in April, and in the early stage I paid at the moment. I was going to be okay. I came to the accommodation and asked if something was missing. I was told qud everything okay. 1 month later, I received a bank extract of almost €200 and I knew that. Totally, I blocked my card. Days later they contact me from the hotel, say do I have not paid, my card was fraudulent. Total, the 200e expenditure was of them, which charged me 3 months later. I'm not going to get a mail to the director and, after several mails, I finally offer a 10 % discount. I was without cards for 2 weeks, but she offers me only 10% of decent. Fatal. I don't recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWhat a beautiful hotel and such a great location! This Parador is modern in comparison to many, and of course, while it's fun to stay in a castle, it's also fun to be right downtown in a beautiful Parador. The bedrooms are very large- and the main hall and the dining room are stunning. Don't miss the art in the restaurant! You're within walking distance of so many of Lleida's tourist attractions - just a 10-minute walk up the hill to the Cathedral and Castle, and maybe 3 minutes down to the main shopping/pedestrian walkway and the river. Paid garage parking exclusive to the hotel is just next door.
