very close to the airport, good plan for a one night stay . reception was very freindly and breakfast was amasing. the room was very large and clean . parking was free and available places during the weekends . i recommand this hotel for people traveling and looking for a place to sleep before taking their flight.

The hotel is well situated close the train station (RER) la croix de Berny and to the office where i was working. The hotel is conveniently placed close to a couple of restaurants - Italian, Japanese and french cuisine. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very welcoming. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age compared to newer hotels i have stayed at.

Really beautiful and comfortable hotel in the nearby of Antony Metro station (strategic for links to Orly Airport and Paris city center with RER B) Roominess of my room was really impressive, beds were really comfortable.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which are large and affordable. Relative to the price, the hotel's price/performance ratio is good. To the hotel, take the RER B line and then take the TVM bus to take two stops.

The hotel is located in the city center of Sceaux and clean of all amenities. The staff welcoming and helpful. Complete breakfast with lots of choice. The room was clean overlooking a park and the bedding is comfortable

Stayed only one night but hotel offered airport carparking for 28days at a exceptionally reasonable rate. Also had a problem with my husband breathing machine plug and the man on duty that night bent over backwards to find a different plug. The airport transfer was on time and even though the taxi drivers were on strike on our return we still got our taxi straight away to pick up our car.

We knew this hotel before its takeover by the Accor/Ibis group. Very good hotel, renovated and spacious rooms, nice bathroom and quiet when you overlook the rear of the building or the courtyard side. Hotel well located in the center of Bourg La Reine, 5 minutes from the RER. The only downside since the takeover is that prices have increased by 40%: from €119 to €167 (breakfast included). The stickers added to the entrance doors of the rooms are expensive!!. Afterwards, hoteliers are surprised that customers will look for AirB solutions!!! . We have not been in this state of mind until now, but given that we come back regularly to Bourg La Reine, we are seriously considering this accommodation solution.

Female receptionist of the hostel didn't understand English not well, so she called a taxi twice. Also, I thought it was a little bit far from the bus station. But everything else was reasonable.

Très mauvaise expérience de réservation et de petit-déjeuner. Alors que nous y allons pour participer à une compétition sportive, nous avons droit normalement à une réduction. Lors de ma 1ère réservation, je me suis trompée de date et j'avais pris sans annulation, dans les 5 minutes l'hotel a reçu un email signalant mon erreur...je me suis juste trompée de ligne. Au départ refus catégorique de Accor pour le changement alors que via l'application Accor il est possible de modifier...(vidéo a l'appui), je n'ai pas demandé d'annulation mais juste un changement, je ne demandais donc aucun remboursement malgré le fait que la chambre était moins chère à la date demandée. Prix au moment de la réservation, 217€. Après plusieurs email l'hôtel lui-même accepte le changement en me passant en tarif flexible mais sans la réduction pour la compétition sportive alors que je l'avais signalé à plusieurs reprises et ils m'ajoutent en plus des frais pour passer en réservation flexible, le prix monte à 258,26€ On devait avoir la chambre à 65€+taxes+petits-déjeuners= 93,96€ pour deux mais on nous a compté 129,13€ par nuit. Le checkin s'est bien passé, personnel de l'accueil très agréable, rien à voir avec la direction ou autre qui répond aux emails. Lors du checkin on me confirme que tout a été réglé par carte, je me suis dis chouette finalement ils ne comptent pas le supplément...mais n'ont pas tenu compte non plus de la réduction pour la compétition sportive, bref... Lors du checkout, une personne différente me signale que je dois payer un supplément...je lui explique gentiment que son collègue m'a dit que tout était en ordre et qu'en plus je devais avoir une réduction qui n'a pas été octroyée, elle n'a donc pas discuté. Bref cet hotel n'est intéressé que par l'argent et non pas par le service aux clients... Bref une fois mais pas 2 ! L'état des chambres ne vaut pas du tout un 3*, petite, pas d'insonorisation, aucune armoire juste une tringle avec 4 cintres...une minuscule tv, pas de frigo non plus. Pour ajouter une couche, le petit-déjeuner qui était annoncé à 10,90€ est passé à 12€. Les œufs brouillés étaient tout secs car traînaient dans un bain-marie depuis je ne sais pas combien de temps et quand j'ai demandé d'en avoir des frais on m'a répondu qu'il fallait d'abord manger ce qu'il restait... Aucun bacon ou petite saucisse ou autre protéine chaude comme dans l'autre Ibis de Massy (moins cher et meilleur service), juste du jambon et filet de poulet sans goût... L'hôtel ne dispose d'aucun parking privé ni sécurisé, toutes les places de parking aux alentours sont payantes. En résumé, fuyez cet hôtel en courant et choisissez plutôt l'autre Ibis qui est moins cher et beaucoup mieux à tous les niveaux, ils ont même un parking privé gratuit sécurisé. J'avais déjà rédigé un avis négatif mais l'hotel m'a menacé d'annuler la modification de dates et réservation sans aucun remboursement, encore une preuve du non-professionnalisme...
