I choose this hotel due to a wedding party in the Arcachon Harbor. The staff has been easy and responsive to several requests and finally, we find us with the family with several rooms. The staff flexibility has been a nice support to ease the various reservations and different individual requests. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet with yummy local breads or cakes. in addition, the hotel is well located to do eveything on foot in Arcachon. I just regret not having been able to stay more to enjoy it a little bit longer.

The hotel is very well placed, which has allowed you to enjoy the perfect conditions of Arcachon. The refreshment of the rooms was light (note for the design of the original lavabo!) and the original common parts was not available. The breakfast was a variety and a variety, but attention, the supplies of the buffet depend largely on the teams present. When I talk about staff, I found at the level of the hosting of notable differences also on the kindness, and it remains surprised to have to pay at the arrival breakfasts while the room was already paid in full and we Pingre with regard to a room in charge of €250! This says and to finish on a positive touch, the stay, balcony and the terrace with swimming pool remain a must in summer in Arcachon!

This was our second stay and we spent again 4 amazing days in Hotel Point France. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Beds are large and very comfortable. During the heatwave, the AirCon was super appreciated! Location is absolutely perfect, right in Arcachon city center, just in front of one of the main beaches, and close to many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a problem on our departure due to the train station being shut down, and the staff made dozens of calls to help us find a taxi to Bordeaux. Thank you all and look forward to coming back.

With neither a bar nor a restaurant, it was not possible to relax after a long journey in this hotel. The rooms were clean and had clearly been designed by a professional with little knowledge of the requirements of travellers. For example although we had a large part in our bedroom there was no wardrobe, no table or writing desk and only a single dining chair to sit on. The bathroom was excellent but there was no shelf in the shower so everything had to be put on the floor! The breakfast on the 4th floor was dreadful. There were not enough tables and only one member of staff. Hot food was either cold or simply not there! The staff were very friendly and helpful but this did not make up for a very disappointing experience. There is absolutely no way I would ever stay at this hotel again.

VVictorVery good location, with the beach almost at your doorstep! Great room with a balcony. An easy 10 min walk to the pier where the ferries depart for Cap Ferret. Restaurants all around. About 10mins walk from the SNCF train station. Manageable for those rolling luggage as the pavement along the way is mostly paved and flat.

GGuest UserPerfect location, near the shops, the markets, the restaurants, the train station; the beach, the supermarkets, the quay (for boat trips). Couldn’t fault it. The reception staff were particularly helpful and having arrived early on a train from Paris they phoned us as soon as our room was ready. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The small kitchen was well equipped and we even had a mini dishwasher. An unexpected balcony was a bonus. We never tried the breakfast (we were too close to the boulangerie/patisserie) or the hot tub. The roof top terrace was ok but we never actually sat up there. Couldn’t fault it!

Beautiful room, lots of space for me and my two children. excellent air conditioning and shutter blinds. Fabulous rooftop terrace with bar, Staff were lovely. Would definitely return.
