As an 11 year old in 2019, i went that year in April to Disneyland Paris but my family stayed in this hotel the night before. This hotel was fairly good, nice beds, room for everyone, good views, and a nice restaurant/cafe in the lobby area. Now i have to say it definitely wasn't the best hotel i have ever stayed in but the prices are cheap, and was a good lead up to the Disney trip. Customer service wasn't bad at all, but overall the hotel could do with some improvements. Now in 2022 as an almost 14 year old, i will be staying at the same hotel in the way i did last time (the night before the trip) on the 29th on May, and we may be staying after our Disney trip too for an extra day in Paris on the 1st of June night. Fingers crossed it will be as nice as it was 3 years ago!! :)

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights from 28 May 23. The rooms are big and nice. Good amenities. Breakfast could improve with a variety of eggs. We had scrambled eggs everyday, but there were eggs avail for us to self-boil. The location is good, away from the hustle bustle crowded city. 5 minutes walk to a nearby restaurant, supermarket, and the RER train station. Convenient to Designer outlets and Disneyland The front office staff are clustered in a little corner as the Reception is an extended part of a Bar. A little wierd but not an issue. Most of the time the front line staff are chatting amongst themself but is attentive although not very helpful. However one receptionist stands out - Ms. Valerie Lam, who is always alert and quick to attend to guests, On A few occasions, as we approach, we could see a ready smile and goes out of her way to help. As first timer in this hotel, Valerie, actually walked us to the front door to show us the directions to nearby restaurants and the RER train station. appreciate

First of all, I want to thank Safia from the reception, who was very efficient and helped me in solving a problem I had! I stayed in this hotel for one month, in may 2022. The room was very comfortable, the bed large and soft, the bathroom always clean. Breakfast simple, but good and fresh. If you go by car, the parking is large. Going to Paris centre took me few minutes, because the RER A (chatelet-les halles, auber) is 10 minutes from the hotel (5 if you take a bus).

The hotel is great. The location is perfect, everything was spotless, shower was great and staff were very very nice. It's a budget hotel, with tiny rooms, but for such a great location in Paris, it is unbeatable. You can pay 2-3 times more for mouldy damp, rooms in shady neighbourhoods. It is right next to a RER station with trains every few minutes to Disneyland (about 20 minutes) but also to Vincennes and the Arc de Triomphe. It is also next to a supermarket - Super U, a park, an ATM, a pharmacy and several shops.

The hotel is modern in decoration, the room is very large, the bed is fixed, and the bed is a large bed with two single beds. With a small induction cooker and sink, the bathroom space is also large. The hotel is 3 minutes walk through a parking lot with a fast track RER, 20 minutes direct to Galeries Lafayette, and to the Arc de Triomphe and Disney.

GGuest UserThis IBIS budget is a great choice. We had planned a family weekend at Disneyland Paris and this hotel was ideally located only 15 min away from the Sunset park and only 5 min away from RER train. Rooms are cleaned and beds very comfortable. Amazing value for money with a quality breakfast. We even could fit our kid in the room with us and saved dollars to visit the park and our activities. I highly recommend!
