The hotel is in a perfect spot and over from train station so no hiking case around, the hotel is lovely and staff were brilliant, we were on the 4th floor which was very hot with no air con, we asked for a fan and was brought to our room in minutes, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious, our only criticism was no towel hooks, one mirror was to low and the other to high and a woman likes to check how she looks!!, and our cups were dirty they were rinsed not washed, and the room was not very inviting it was plain and boring not even a picture on the wall just blank walls, this wouldn't stop me staying here again the food was amazing and breakfast was good and in a good spot....

Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.

The location is very good, you can go out to the center of Aberdeen, the hardware is similar to the ordinary three-star hotel in China, it meets the basic needs and the sanitary conditions are good.
I chose the room rate without breakfast, and the extra 9.9 pound buffet breakfast is very good.
If the parking lot is full, you can park in a nearby parking lot.

10 minutes drive to Aberdeen city center, the room is big enough, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. There is a laundry and drying machine, free parking, and a supermarket downstairs.

You can find the location by following google map
No service staff, you can ring or dial the phone to enter, after entering the keys are unified on the right hand side table
Don't expect too much for beds, in line with general conditions
But we thought the toilet was in the room and it turned out to be going out from another door (two doors inside) to get to the toilet and shower
The lock looks very springy
People upstairs can hear obvious walking sounds even if they walk lightly

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

MMosebOnly a stone throw away from the terminal.
Best location. Rooms are clean, and bedsheets are fresh.
Staff is courteous. If you do not have time to have breakfast, you can grab and go to the terminal and enjoy in the waiting lounge.

GGuest UserOn arrival we were left waiting for nearly a hour even though we had booked online the cooked breakfast was good on the Saturday morning however on the Sunday morning it was overcooked no toast no alternative also on the Saturday morning the breakfast area was so untidy with dirty plates on nearly all vacant seats the good point was we got a great sleep on the Friday however on the Saturday about 2am we were rudely awakened by a guest shouting and screaming in the corridor

MMorgan PeterReally nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.

GGuest UserThe location of this building is very central, and it has very nice working space, gym and public area, which is very nice. But be aware that there are mixed of students, short/ long term tenants so it might get noisy sometimes especially on the weekends. I’ve found a used sock under the chair in my room and the shower is clogged. Cleanliness could be improved. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they helped me keep my letters and packages at the reception. Overall it’s a great place to stay in Aberdeen when you don’t have a permanent home yet.

GGuest UserThe address advertised is incorrect. I walked to the address on Union Street and had to Google search the actual location. The accommodation was actually in an alley on Rose Street at the opposite end of Union Street. When phoning the property, it was a London number, not Aberdeen. I had to find the property down an unmarked alley and a mobile number was on the door. Fortunately, the maid was pleasant and helpful.
