Borough of Melton Konaklamanızı Bulun

We were visiting Melton Mowbray for a large family reunion and know the town well as I grew up there. However, this was our first visit to the Sysonby Knoll Hotel and we decided to stay for three nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a continental buffet and also hot food cooked to order. We ate dinner on one evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The bar was cosy and welcoming. The gardens were delightful to sit in and relax with a drink. The private car park was secured each evening. We look forward to returning.

The hotel grounds are a pleasure to walk around and well kept, the hotel is obviously undergoing some sort of repair as a tarpaulin is covering the ceiling sky light above the main halls stairs so it is very dark, the food was very good in the bar and service was also very good, adding a service charge to everything seems the normal here even when you go to the bar to collect your own drinks. We had and evening meal and breakfast included in our stay, the food at the evening meal was okay nothing special but the beef was cooked to perfection but with an £8 supplement for the privilege, the vegetables were nearly none existent so great if your on a diet and only like one of each veg or you spend £5.50 each on the accompaniments. The bedroom was supposedly a deluxe room of a good size and the bed was very comfortable, however the floor boards creaked on nearly every board we stepped on and made a a terrible noise in the middle of the night if you walked on them, what was worse was that the other rooms next to ours must be the same as we could here creaking floor boards from them every time someone walked about in the night and that disturbs your sleep. The bathroom was the worst I have had to use in years especially at a select hotel, the floor around the toilet was stained on the tiles and the silicon was just yellow and brown, the same was with the basin and the silicon again, the worst was the bath/shower screen the rubber water retainer was just brown and dirty, these are only a few pounds to buy and just lets the bathroom down even more, for the cost to re silicon the bathroom and change the rubber ***** would go a long way to making it look fresher, the staining on the floor I would think will not come off, overall the hotel is a fantastic place to stay but maintenance is not on point for the cost of the rooms. food is okay just very sparse on vegetables, so buy more if you are hungry.

Our party of 9 plus a small dog had lunch on Bank Holiday Monday. From start to finish we were made very welcome we ate outside in the lovely garden. The food was excellent all well presented and the staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One member of our party has coeliac disease so having a gluten free menu was particularly important and he really enjoyed his pasta dish. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their visit to The White Lion. Thank you.

We have been to the Bingham many times over the past five years and will continue to use the Bingham Townhouse when in the Nottingham area. The staff are brilliant, very attentive and will organize what you need to make your stay a success - we leave very early in the morning prior to the sit-down breakfast being available, yet they prepare a take-away nutritious breakfast for us each day of our stay. Further to the hotel, we love the Chinese restaurant and cocktail bar on site - the food is unbelievably delicious and we do not mind eating Chinese food for our two evenings at the Bingham especially as it includes fantastic piano music by Richard on the Friday night. Thank you Nigel and all your staff for your great hospitality.

The BnB was lovely and very clean. Also located only one min walk from a local gastropub. Would stay again :)
