Organised a family reunion evening meal on Friday 2nd Sept. There were only 10 of us but half travelled from Newcastle area. Asif, the Events Manager, organised everything to our total satisfaction. He also hosted the evening. The cost was competitive, the meal excellent and enjoyed by all. The Toronto room was perfect for the occasion. I would strongly recommend the Events Department to others who require a private event similar to ours. Thanks again.

Stayed here before our flight the next day ,parking was straight forward no problem lots cameras taking photos of car so if problem it's on camera great idea lots security cameras so again car safe . Booking in very quick and easy no problem there only problem was £50 taken out of bank as a just in case this was not returned for a week bit annoying. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean was great for us both . Parking for 15 days was included the price . Dinner was good the beefburgers where massive and tasty ,on return collection of car was 5 mins no problem there taxi to and from hotel by metro cabs was the best yet and cheap we will use again big thanks

Great service and fantastic offer to stay and park - after all we are parking for 21 nights. Service was brilliant, both before when I booked directly via phone and confirmation emails that followed. Then during check-in. We upgraded to club rooms - which are very nice. Lots of little extras that make your stay special. Shower and bath are nice as where the free high-quality toiletries. Love good quality Bose sound system and real coffee in my room. Access to the club lounge with included drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. The hotel has great facilities - struggle to get me to leave my room. Breakfast hit the spot and set us up for our long journey ahead. Pleasant stay - a stay I would repeat

Arrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean.
There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

I spent one night at the Europa and I wasn't very much I pressed considering the price of the room (almost £80). Here the issues I spotted: 1) Poor bus connection and time consuming (40 minutes) to and for the airport : number 100 is a bus with no racks for the luggages 2) At the bus stop no indications for the Hotel, so ease use an app to find out the hotel's direction 2) Room not very clean 3) Power sockets on the opposite wall compared to the sidebed's tables 4) Bathroom's fan dirty 5) Bathroom's sink ruined 6) very noisy Aircon in the room Positive has been the interaction with a Lady at the check-in and the taxi connection. I do believe that for approximately £80 the quality should improve: cleaner rooms and higher quality of the furniture. As mentioned, the staff was very nice and kind, but on a scale from 0 to 10 I would value my experience as 5-.

The room was unlocked when we entered. We could not use the mirror in the bathroom because then we had to open a curtain to the garden. Outside looked like a graveyard for cars and there was garbage all over the place. Don’t think it belonged to the hotel but yet it was very visible from the room. On the plus side it was fairly cheap, not very dirty and the room was large.

Asif, the Events Manager, organised everything to our total satisfaction. He also hosted the evening. The cost was competitive, the meal excellent and enjoyed by all. The Toronto room was perfect for the occasion. I would strongly recommend the Events Department to others who require a private event similar to ours. Thanks again.

AAkia SmithArrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean.
There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

GGuest UserGreat service and fantastic offer to stay and park - after all we are parking for 21 nights. Service was brilliant, both before when I booked directly via phone and confirmation emails that followed. Then during check-in. We upgraded to club rooms - which are very nice. Lots of little extras that make your stay special. Shower and bath are nice as where the free high-quality toiletries. Love good quality Bose sound system and real coffee in my room. Access to the club lounge with included drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. The hotel has great facilities - struggle to get me to leave my room. Breakfast hit the spot and set us up for our long journey ahead. Pleasant stay - a stay I would repeat

GGuest UserThe room was unlocked when we entered. We could not use the mirror in the bathroom because then we had to open a curtain to the garden. Outside looked like a graveyard for cars and there was garbage all over the place. Don’t think it belonged to the hotel but yet it was very visible from the room. On the plus side it was fairly cheap, not very dirty and the room was large.

GGuest UserI spent one night at the Europa and I wasn't very much I pressed considering the price of the room (almost £80). Here the issues I spotted: 1) Poor bus connection and time consuming (40 minutes) to and for the airport : number 100 is a bus with no racks for the luggages 2) At the bus stop no indications for the Hotel, so ease use an app to find out the hotel's direction 2) Room not very clean 3) Power sockets on the opposite wall compared to the sidebed's tables 4) Bathroom's fan dirty 5) Bathroom's sink ruined 6) very noisy Aircon in the room Positive has been the interaction with a Lady at the check-in and the taxi connection. I do believe that for approximately £80 the quality should improve: cleaner rooms and higher quality of the furniture. As mentioned, the staff was very nice and kind, but on a scale from 0 to 10 I would value my experience as 5-.
