Hotel is not like in the pictures, amenities are older than pictures. Because of that we had water leak in bathroom. They moved us 3 times in 2 days. Reception was calling us in the middle of night to move tomorrow again. Even though it’s spa hotel, you have to pay hourly to use spa. Over all I would recommend if you want to have nice time because they will not help you if you run any trouble

If you have the budget, you will be in a valuable way. We stayed in the room at the bottom of the sea and the pool at the front section. The pool was very good even on September 24th. The sea is so. You are out of your room and are in the sea in a few steps. The pool is already in front of your room. All is available to sun. The rooms are very good and everything is there. The air conditioning is very good. The bathroom is very wide and we have all kinds of needs thought. Even on the seaside of Wifi works very fast and well. The breakfast buffet is great. No, no, that's all. There was even a kitchen. Breakfast was very good at the pool. All sports equipment was available in the sports hall. The hotel is very good location. The restaurant is also at walking distance. The best is that the sunset can be watched even in front of your room. We liked this hotel.

We visited the ”Grecotel Astir” hotel for our summer vacation, and our experience was overall excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with a wonderful sea view. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, making us feel truly welcome and safe, as there was security and 24-hour service during the night.The pool was the highlight of our stay. Victoria from the hotel team made our experience there very pleasant. She was always smiling and willing to help with anything we needed, ensuring our time at the pool was enjoyable and relaxing.The only downside was the parking. The availability of parking spaces was limited, and we often had to park far from the hotel. This was particularly difficult at night. Despite the parking issue, we would highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is well located near the centre and the beach, but for the entire hotel there are only 3 parking places, which are always occupied, but the worst is price and supply. We visited the hotel for one night, on the 3rd day of August 15th, which you had no bed in Alexandru City.We went with my wife and my four-year-old son at 09:20 this morning for breakfast and we were sorry to see that they had Finish all the pie, all the pie and all the pancakes!!! I would like to share my accommodation experience. Unfortunately, this hotel is not sufficiently modern, and the quality of service is low. There's not even a bellboy to carry the luggage, which can be really tiring especially after long journeys. Another disappointment I had with the hotel staff was their attitude and behavior. Even a simple greeting was left unanswered, and they didn't have much of an expression on their faces. This was not a pleasant welcome experience at all. Considering its location and the quality of service it offers, the prices of the hotel are high. It's possible to find many other hotels in a similar area that can provide better service for a more reasonable fee. The service I received from this hotel created dissatisfaction and unfortunately, I will not choose it again.
