Excellent location that offers the perfect base for exploring Santorini. All of the accommodation has been carefully thought out and is to a very high standard. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

The holy islands are family hotel houses, not city hotels that everyone imagines. In comparison, this hotel is more cost-effective, with a quiet environment, a swimming pool, and dining in the restaurant looking at the scenery outside, is also a kind of cozy!

I have spent a wonderful night here! The location is perfect, which is just 4 mins walk from the bus station. The room is clean and the view is amazing. The host is also very kind and nice:) highly recommend!

Very bad experience. We have booked a room at this Hotel in april 2022 for september 2022 (based on reviews at that moment, pictures and intense search - it was ok at that time). Upon our arrival the ”wonderful hospitality” give us a room full of white mold, filthy (with different types of hair on the bed and on the floor, rust, dust and food rests / grease on the electronical devices), water infiltrations and broken toilet seat. When we confronted them for this situation they informed us that they have no other rooms available in the location - and on top of this the ”manager” said that the mold we were seeing is actually the paint from the walls. Really!!!!! Without any ”sorry” for ruining our vacation, they just didn't give us any opportunity to like them, therefore we left from this terrible place called 3 stars hotel and found another place to stay for the 4 nights - without pre-reservation and in an acceptable room. I think you don't want to have a breathing disease or an overnight allergy in your vacation, so better not to stay here. The bus terminal doesn't worth your health!

Convenient location - the hotel is close to terminus for the bus from the airport. I also caught the bus from the same terminus to / from Oia. Comforable room and ensuite, immaculately clean and serviced daily. The room had a sunny balcony with two chairs / table, overlooking the street. The Kippos Restaurant next door was excellent - good food and reasonable prices (for Santorini!). Reception happy to keep luggage before / after checkout (The only thing I didn’t like was the reluctance to provide extra tea bags! I offered to return my two coffee sachets for tea bags but nope! I had extra tea bags with me so all good.)

It's in the city centre. Neat and clean rooms with all the amenities. Bathrobes. Nice and comfortable bed. Cable car is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And scenic walk is next to Cable Car station. It's less than 7 minutes walk from central bus station where bus from the airport arrives. Many different island buses leave from this bus station. Man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He (sorry, I forgot his name) shown on map important points to visit. In short, hotel is located near all the important attractions and restaurants too. Breakfast served in room and is not expensive

The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.
