This hotel is nice but is not as advertised. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and had AC which was nice. However, if you do not book through *********** or whatever other hotel website they advertise on, and book through the hotel website you must pay in cash upon arrival. This was news to me when I showed up as the website DOES NOT state this anywhere, and I went through it several times to double check. The owner was adamant that it does in fact state it but when I asked where, he failed to show me. He did not know his own website and said that the manager would contact me. A week later and I am still waiting to be contacted about this. I don't expect to hear anything back from them. When I booked the room, my receipt said that I would be charged half at the time of booking and half the day before check-in but this did not happen. The owner said they don't charge anything so why did the website tell me this? This is absolutely not okay and to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not bringing enough cash with me because I booked through the hotel website is a poor way to treat your visitors. I do not recommend this hotel. Nothing is included, you have to pay extra, in cash, for breakfast and dinner, and the beds a very hard.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the facilities are complete. Only the staff service was very poor. At 1:30 on the day of check-in, the hotel staff insisted on the room at 2 o'clock. After discussing it, they decided to store their luggage in the lobby. After waiting for the lake, they ate the room. The hotel staff coldly handed over a big key to ask us to carry our luggage to the lobby groceries room to store luggage. , did not give details of the boudoir later. The only praise is that the hotel dinner is good.

We only spent one night in the hotel, but I can only say good things. Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious, fully equipped room with a nice design (”superior” room with a huge balcony). If you stay there don't miss to visit the Zeljava air base...

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

The rooms are very clean and are well-functioning. There is a very comfortable common room for guests, sleeping and dondol available in the garden and the possibility of enjoying breakfast and dinner in a beautiful patio. Marko and Matjias were very friendly, friendly and kind and gave us useful indications about our visit to the wonderful Lakes. Marko also speaks very well Italian, Matjias suggested excellent Croatian wines. Breakfast is a bit expensive but exceptional, a great dinner (grill with excellent cooking), we enjoyed it in both days of stay. Perfect location to access the lakes from entrance 3, for nothing crowded even in the days of ferragosto with any ticket (entry 1 or 2). There are also apartments. The villager has nothing, no bankomat, no bar or a small supermarket but a few kilometers away, but after the visit to the lakes we had only need to rest and the structure was perfect. Let's hope to come back to see the Lakes in various seasons.

Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking. Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia. Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen.

The room was pretty good, except a little small. But high up in the mountains, if you don’t have a self-driving car, that’s absolutely impossible! You have to drive down the mountain to shop around. In short, don’t touch it if you don’t have a car!
