The amenities are limited but more than adequate. Most guests will be walking in the Plitivice park and simply needing a comfortable room. This is definitely the scenario and the rooms are spacious with a upscale bathroom. Mia our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Simple dining area with 8 tables in the lower reception area. Great comfy stay!

Nebojsa was very friendly and helpful. He kindly upgraded us from a standard room to the apartment for free as he had no one staying in it. He also gave us great advice about visiting the lakes, telling us exactly what route to take to see all the main parts within a day. We had a perfect day out in the park. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It felt very modern and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was simple but well equipped with everything you need for making breakfasts and pack lunches (we didn't try to make an evening meal). The bed was very comfortable. The light does come in through the balcony door in the mornings as the sun rises on that side so take an eye mask if that will bother you. There was a fan provided in the apartment, although it was very hot in the day, it cooled down a lot at night and we were perfectly comfortable with the fan. We ate at the pizzeria next door both nights. The food there is good and it's very convenient to be able to walk next door for a meal. We had a perfect stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back.

If I could rate this place 6 out of 5 I would! Such a warm, cosy, relaxing, homely and welcoming feel. The perfect place to stop over on our trip to see Plitvice Lakes (with entrance 2 just a very short drive down the road). Lovely, comfortable sized rooms, with all the amenities. A beautiful breakfast spread put on and the B&B host is brilliant, providing us with restaurant recommendations and advise on exploring the lakes. Couldn’t rave about this place more - far exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend.

Location: The exact location is not shown in Google Maps. Google Maps is wrong to show an entirely different building with the above guest house. Its co-ordinates are 44° 52' 05.9”N, 15° 38' 14.6”E. The guest is not visible from the main road. This is about 2km south of entrance 2 parking area of the Lakes. The Owners name Zeljko The nearest petro station (INA) on the way to Zagreb is about 12km from the guest house along Plitvicka ul. There are two house units. We stayed at the first one nearest to the main road as seen in the attached photo. This has three floors. Breakfast is served at the ground floor level. This area has an outdoor seating area where we had our first day dinner. The dinner is prepared only to hotel guests on request. The dinner is not so great. But it is what you pay for. The access to the upper level rooms is via a staircase (difficult access for heavy luggage). The owner helped us in this regard. The staff is courteous and helpful and provided helpful advice on our visit to the lakes. The guest house accepts only cash. We withdrew cash at an ATM at Hotel Bellevue (understood to be temporally closed) as recommended by the owner of the guesthouse. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Tea/Coffee making facility is available. Very limited tea/coffee is provided. There is a small bar fridge. A good light breakfast is served at the table. To avoid the congestion and better service, the owner requested the preferred breakfast time

We stayed one night to get an early start on our lake hike. Very nice room, everything was sparkling clean and seems new inside. Great service, Owner is very helpful and kind. Great breakfast. All at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend. Pretty view from our room 8.
