We enjoyed the stay at Kebon very much! We loved our front Boy (so sorry we forgot his name) he was always smiling and very thoughtful about little things! We had our breakfast pancakes made ”thin” and crispy by him and it was delicious! Everything was clean and still new. This place is recommended for people who look for a more quiet option, away from the busy streets. You will need a bike to get around when you stay here!

Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home, creating a sense of comfort and ease throughout my entire visit. And let's not forget about the fantastic bar staff, Ari, whose expertly crafted cocktails and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Whether I was lounging by the pool or unwinding after a day of exploring, Ari's impeccable service and delightful drinks were always a highlight of my day. Don't trust the pictures. They probably are from ages ago. Most of the terrace wooden boards are broken. It's dangerous to walk around the swimming pool. That one is totally neglected. I wouldn't swim in it even if I got paid. The room is disastrous. Mold over the walls, bathroom sink and toilet clogged, curtains smelling cigarette, room smelling mold and humidity, no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast far too basic. The only positive point is the free shuttle to the airport (10 minutes bar car). That hotel has been derelict. Given the properly maintained big meeting room at the entrance and the correct restaurant room, they obviously provide daily reception or congress services. Well, they should stop receiving travelers or seriously restore the hotel.

We stayed here the night before catching a flight from Lombok airport. The hotel is very handily positioned for the airport and they run a free taxi service to the airport at 8, 10 and 12. There isn't much to do outside of the hotel however they do have a restaurant on-site. The rooms were OK but required a more thorough clean. The white plastic coating on the toilet seat had worn away in places and there were soap stains in the bathroom. The towels we were provided with were frayed at the edges. The bed was comfortable and air-conditioning good but I'd only reccomend staying over before a flight.
