It was my first experience to stay at Ibis Hotel Besuki Rahmat... The hotel located in the centre of Surabaya, near to Tunjungan Plaza Mall and besides the hotel there was an convenient store.. So if you hungry at night you can go diretly to the store.. The Hotel staff also very helpfull and nice to the guest.. For the room also clean and quite big.. There was food court also behind the hotel which is sell a lot of food and traditional food.. One of best hotel in Surabaya... Good jod team..

The location is close to the Grand city and also close to the gubeng station, for the service is very good, the room is cleaned a day,

previously stayed here and the conclusion was disappointing.because:1.limited car parking 2. The staff are friendly but often looks relaxed And for now I checked in back with forced because it was booked here for office, and had to be disappointed again. Good facilities, unique, spacious rooms, cleanliness is not bad, just there is a cockroach one passing by when I want to sleep. For the room it takes time for the preparation unlike other hotels that usually can go in directly when booking. the security guard is a bit unfriendly

we stayed here for 1 night, the location of the hotel is very strategic because it is opposite to one of the biggest malls, Tunjungan Plaza is also next to a fast food restaurant so you don't have to be confused when we are hungry at night we arrive around At 18.30 WIB and the parking door are blocked by a regular hotel event at night there is a kind of slope on the terrace of the hotel, and then our vehicle was parked in the vallet by the staff. The check-in process went quickly and we were helped to get it. Double bed room according to our request, even through the application, only large twin room, the room is according to the hotel grade, a budget business hotel, not very big indeed for the size of a double bed even to pray in our room is enough the trouble towels still feel musty and since the shower is not closed/no door/doors with toilet,then water will splash everywhere after shower,a bit careful as it will slippery non smoking room but still a bit feel less smell comfortable

Menginap 2 hari di hotel emerald untuk kesan2nya: + lokasi strategis di pusat kota sby sekitar 10mnit dr stasiun gubeng, dan tp, dekat restoran2 sekitar 5 menit berkendara, sebenarnya dekat hanya kawasannya banyak lampu merah + sarapan walaupun ala carte, tapi rasanya enak 👍 rasanya mirip rice bowl s*lar*a + dapat kamar lantai 1 jadi dekat tidak perlu naik2 + kamar double bed ukuran bed luas ukuran king size + air panas utk mandi berfungsi dengan baik dan arusnya deras hanya knop untuk putar showernya terkadang copot sepertinya waktunya diganti + tidak ada sandal hotel + WIFI cukup kencang di siang hari, agak melambat di malam hari tapi overall bagus - jika dapat kamar lt 2 dst, harus naik tangga dulu setengah lantai dulu baru ada lift (kata resepsionisnya, saya tdk mencoba naik lift krn dpt kamar di lt 1) - dapat kamar tanpa jendela, tp ada kamar lain twin bed yang ada jendela dan terasnya di lt 1 - parkiran tidak rata, susah untuk menarik koper, sepertinya perlu di perbaiki - lobi sempit dan kecil hanya ada sekitar 2-3 kursi, tidak cocok untuk menunggu dalam waktu yang lama atau untuk mengobrol - tidak ada heater dan compliment air mineral botol, tapi sebagai pengganti disediakan teko air minum dan 2 gelas kaca untuk diisi sendiri dengan air galon dispenser merk cl*o yang segar yang disediakan di lorong hotel tapi pilihan air panas di dispensernya saat saya coba tidak berfungsi, hanya air biasa yang berfungsi Overall bagus, asal dapat lantai 1 maka tidak masalah tidak perlu naik, sarapan enak, harap di perhatikan dispenser air panas untuk minum subaya bisa berfungsi dengan baik

ห้อง deluxe ternyata semuanya smoking room. Begitu info dari receptionistnya. Hikmahnya kamar must berjendela terbuka keluar. View bagus untuk melihat kondisi jalan. Kamar กว้าง sekali, gelar sajadah aman. Kamar with bathtub. Desain lama. น้ําร้อน น้อย, bisa dibilang tidak ada. Tempat tidur bukan yang springbed, jadi utk yang berbobot berat pasti melengkung เวลา berbaring, maklum, kasur busa. ช่องทีวี banyak, tapi tak ada artinya jika สัญญาณ WiFi kurang kencang. Sarapan tidak begitu istimewa. ขอโทษ ไม่สามารถเขียนรีวิวได้ banyak. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
