Garden-style hotel, quick check-in, polite gentlemen, three-star hotel, the shortcoming is that we were arranged a room on the basement floor, which was not comfortable, and it was not specified when booking the room that it was a basement floor room.

The Heritage Spa is just gorgeous. So peaceful and calm, and so cleverly designed in the basement of the old building. I had the most amazing mini facial from Vandi. Really felt like she took more time than the appointed 25 minutes, worked some magic on my face, neck, head and shoulders and went above and beyond what you would expect for a mini facial. So relaxing, just brilliant. Thank you.

Just returned from The Bedford after a long weekend with friends. Our rooms were great with comfy beds and a waterfall shower en-suite. Although the hotel is located centrally in Limerick, there was little noise at night so we all slept well. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. A kettle in our room would have been appreciated but as there is a little bar downstairs providing all kinds of beverages this wasn’t really an issue. The icing on the cake tho are the staff. So helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sharon for looking after us who really is an asset to this place. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

The environment here is very beautiful, the service staff is very warm and friendly. We have just finished visiting Bunratty Castle and it is very close here. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast is also very rich.

GGuest UserThe scenery outside the hotel is very beautiful, the mountains and lakes in the sunset are warm, and the breakfast is semi-buffet. We stayed on the basement floor, the facilities were a bit old, but there was a garden outside, which was very beautiful.

GGuest UserIt was almost midnight when we arrived in Limerick in search of a hotel for the night. On booking.com we managed to secure a room at the Savoy. We were greeted by Tony on arrival. Due to it being a Friday night, they were not expecting a new booking. He referred to the night manager, Alli who was incredibly gracious and helpful. He managed to allocate a room for us, assisted with parking and luggage, advised us on activities for the next day and even offered us the use of the executive lounge when he realised we were quite exhausted from travelling. We didn’t make use of the lounge because we just wanted to get to bed but the gesture in itself was really welcoming. We would have loved to stay longer.
