The road to the property csn be improved. The road was partially destroyed due to rain when we reached there. The food was very good. We are vegetarians and hence are happy that we got variety of vegetarian food. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathrooms, eating area, and so on. We spent the time during rain and it is especially important.

Pros : Hotel is right bang in sakleshpur town 500 Mts from old bus stand Ample parking space and good staff Cons : 1. They dont have lift. We stayed in 3rd floor and climbing steps was challenge to kids 2. No phone in the room. This is basic requirement. For small needs , we had to come down to reception 3. Big drawback is they dont have any restaurant. They just have a bar. For families, you have to pull out car for bF, lunch and dinner every time which is painful. Pick this hotel only if you dont get any other option. as there are many hotels in the area.

The property is beautiful in the midst of coffee estates. Well maintained. Swimming pool good. However there are not many other things to keep you engaged. Food is good but choices are not many. The best part is evening tea with hot bajji s. Spa service is good. However there are many area's that need improvement. There is no sign post to tell us where to turn off the main road to climb the hill. You have to depend on google. The reception is understaffed and there is only one lady to do the check in, check out, billing, take calls from the rooms etc. Checkout was delayed quite a bit. Also anything you request from the rooms take a long time, once again because they are understaffed. There are no umbrellas in the rooms. I am sure we could do with one in each room. We had to wait till the rain stopped to go for dinner. A few more recreational facilities are required.

Our place is suitable for corporate groups or large families (up to 30 adults). There are two deluxe apartments on second floor with beautiful mountain view from the balcony, one deluxe apartment on the first floor and another 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. All apartments have living room with LED TV, bathrooms with electric geysers, kitchen with basic utensils, and WiFi. Not very far from city, yet in a quiet serene location with lot of greenery around, all this for a very reasonable price.
We (owner family) will be staying in a separate house nearby.
We are always there for any assistance as we live in the vicinity in a separate house. We will assist in all your travel planning needs, food joints, shopping, sightseeing, etc.
Other things to note: We are just 2 km from bus stand, the famous Raja's Seat (tourist attraction), and all major restaurants and shopping areas are within 2 km and easily accessible. Abbey Falls is at a distance of 8 km, and all major destinations are within 45 km radius.
NOTE: ALWAYS CALL OR MESSAGE THE PROPERTY AFTER BOOKING FOR added confirmation from the property.
