Excellent stay and very good premises. Bread served during breakfast was not fresh. So avoided lunch and dinner at ataraxia since we were unsure of the food quality since there were no other guests during our stay. Barring this, the stay was excellent, staff was courteous.

Good hotel, about near to railway station. Room and wash room was clean. Food was delicious. Staffs are courteous. I had booked the super deluxe room. Allotted room was not so spacious as i had guessed earlier. Arrival time of my train (vande bharat) was 22. 35 pm, so, i had requested on phone to provide paid service for pick up from station but, the management showed inability to do this. Being a 3 star hotel, management should think about this service. After all, i appreciate this hotel and like to stay again in coming trips. Thanks.

Good ambience and helpful staff, Mr. Tushar at front desk helped me with the room,my booking was of twin bed but he upgraded me to a king bed as i was traveling solo, thank you for the hospitality, will visit soon again and housekeeping staff was also very polite 😊

Location: Hotel is very near to Dehradun railway station. You can hire a rickshaw or an auto for Rs 50 to reach the hotel. Hotel is in close proximity to local markets and Dehradun Mussoorie road. Hotel: Clean property with average room size and good staff. The hotel also has 2 bars but lacks a swimming pool or gym. Has parking space for 20 cars. Rooms are neat average sized, toiletries provided, good ambience. Food is costly and so is the bar. The kitchen closes at 10 pm sharp. Cable TV connection, tea/coffee makers are standard amenities. Safe locker and mini fridge not provided. Cons: Same sized deluxe and premium rooms so do not go for upgrade considering room size. Food is average and costly. Heavy additional charges for early check in. Do check for broken tea coffee maker and have that replaced by reception. (happened in our case) Cons:

Really nice property, food is too good. Staff is so nice and helpful. Rooms are very big with good interior. Best location. Convenient to reach as located near ISBT bus stop. Clean and hygienic rooms. Safe to stay during this pandemic. Food is delicious, safe parking, good location. U can rent a bike from near by this hotel and explore dehradun + mussoorie.

The location of the property is great especially if you want to visit nearby places like mussorie, kempty falls, sehastra dhara etc. Hotel rooms however needs a bit more attention towards cleanliness and heigene. Hotel has a pub at its top which is another positive. Live music at pub and good ambience so overall a nice evening to have good time.

GGuest UserSerene views. Cute little resort tucked in the dehradun foothills near the mussoorie road. We booked the suite rooms and were very happy with the private gazebo adjacent to the rooms where we enjoyed a bonfire at night. The rooms are big and very beautifully decorated. The restaurant food is tasty but the breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety. Although the bathrooms are spacious and clean but need a little renovation. The staff is extremely polite. Great service. Good stay.

The hotel kitchen staff (Vikas and Rohit) were not only competent in their jobs but friendly, and I felt they took a personal interest in my satisfaction.
