The location of resort is about 25km from guwahati city. Theory maintain good health and safety too. Foods are delicious but high price. They are very poor to prepare food bill and often by mistake they produce wrong bill

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Aarian Woods Resort with my family, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating stay. Our visit to the resort's pool and subsequent encounter with the Amigo Poolside Dine left us with a bitter taste in our mouths, quite literally. Upon arriving at the poolside dine, we were greeted with a menu that offered an extremely limited selection of food options. Despite the presence of a board at the entrance promising a variety of Italian, Mexican, and Continental cuisines, we were left with only coffee, french fries, and pizza to choose from. This blatant false advertising was a red flag from the start. Opting for pizza, we placed our order with the staff who informed us that it would take approximately 30 minutes to prepare. However, to our dismay, the promised pizza failed to materialize even after the allotted time had passed. We approached the staff several times to inquire about the status of our order, but were met with nothing but rude and disrespectful behavior. One particular staff member, who seemed to be in charge, completely ignored our inquiries. Instead of providing any form of communication or explanation, he repeatedly dismissed us by gesturing with his hand as if to say, ”Wait.” This dismissive and silent treatment left us feeling utterly disrespected and disregarded as customers. After enduring 45 minutes of waiting and the staff's continued lack of professionalism, we made the regrettable decision to leave the resort without even having a single bite to eat. It was clear that our presence and satisfaction as guests meant nothing to the staff at Aarian Woods Resort. This entire experience at Aarian Woods Resort's Amigo Poolside Dine was a total failure on multiple levels. Not only were the food options severely limited compared to the advertised menu, but the service we received was abysmal. The staff's rude and unresponsive behavior showcased a complete lack of respect and customer service skills. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering Aarian Woods Resort as a destination for their vacation. It is truly disheartening to see a resort that fails so miserably in delivering on its promises and providing a satisfactory experience to its guests.

This was again a repeat stay in this property. I have actually lost count the number of times I have stayed here since 2011. What I like about this place is that it is very lively. The fish pool in the reception adds to the livelyness . The staff is very courtious . The room was small, but it had a window that allowed sunlight, and that made the room feel spacious. The room had the basic things like AC, TV, tea maker etc . The sleep was very comfortable . Breakfast and Dinner is where they need to improve. Their opportunity area is taste of food, portion served and fast service.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Amenities like gym, pool table, swimming pool, spa, salon are available. Restaurant and food was superb. Staff were extremely courteous. All together very relaxing stay.
