As per my requirements, property location was great, most of the sites which I wanted to visit were nearby, it was like junction point. Food was authentic malvani, like home food, so felt good.

I came for a solo trip and stayed at Serina House for 4 days. The place is great to stay and very peaceful. I fully enjoyed the trip, the owners and staff are really good and helpful people. They helped with all the places, beaches and water sports. They also provide very tasty, home-cooked Malvani food. Chinese restaurant is also good. Thank you for the good memories 😊.

We visited Breezy Wood Resort in January 2023 and the whole experience was wonderful. Resort is located near Devbaug Beach which is at a walking distance. Rooms are same as shown in the pictures. Food is authentic and yummy. Quality is too good. The Owner of the resort Mr.Nitin will guide you in planning your activities. A great person to talk to. The care taker Sanjay bhau is an absolute wonderful person and will be at your service anytime of the day..midnight..early morning. They decorated our cottage for my daughter's birthday. 3 rooms face the back waters which gives a superb view. Unfortunately we couldn't get the booking of those rooms. A must visit resort for a great experience.

Big campus, beautifully areca planted landscape. Clean and Comfortable room size for 3 adults. Very cooperative helpful staff. Food was satisfactory. But location is too far 5 km from the centre ie Malvan Bus Stand and it was very costly affair to go to Bus Stand as the autorickshaw charges ₹.100/- . However buses are available outside the hotel but need to have patience to wait for the same.

Overall a good experience during the stay. Property is good. Best part is walking 3 to 4 mins for beach. Food quality and taste were good, can be better. We had gone for sea food. Many small restaurants and homestays nearby for trying food

GGuest UserMe and my family stayed for 2 days. Owner and staff are very kind & smooth people, bathroom and rooms are clean, owners wife is also there to take care of guest so it is also safe for family and children. The only problem is the connecting road to the property is single and very narrow, if any vehicle comes against you, you will struck.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay in the resort. The location is near to devbag, tarkarli beach and sangam point. You will also find boating activities nearby at walking distance. The resort had their own restaurant which provided nice veg and non veg food. The approach road to this location is quite narrow, so you need to avoid travel-ling at peak hours or hire a two wheeler. Overall i would recommend this place for a nice stay.

tv was not working
we had booked room for 3 adult and 1 kid, instead of arranging extra bed, they provided only matress. Room was very small
no liquid hadwash, toothbrush, toothpaste were provided. Bucket and mug was not that clean. Food was good but little expensive compared to other restaurants.
