Do not stay here if you are with family or if you want any service. It can just be an overnight place to sleep and nothing else. The front desk person was so rude. he did not even look up and made eye contact when we were speaking. Despite telling him to pay attention, he was just not bothered. we were experiencing power outage every 2 mins and we asked what is the issue. he very rudely/sarcastically said 'electricity department doesn't tell me their issue, it is a problem at their end, i cant do anything'. He could have just replied the same thing politely. We paid for extra bed when they confirmed that they will give us proper bed. However, it was just a sofa bed which rolls out on floor and not big enough to accommodate a person. Additionally, the water leaks in washrooms from the shower area to the whole washroom. Also, the hotel is on main road and traffic disturbs you the whole night. when we stayed there, there was some 'Jagrata' happening and the music on loudspeaker was blasting till 5am. They have no in-house kitchen so you have to order food from outside. They breakfast which is part of the stay doesn't come before 8am so if u want to leave early, you wont get anything. So overall, I would not recommend to stay at this place.

Whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant, everything was delivered promptly, and the staff always checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rajkot. Overall, everything was excellent whether you are talking about Mahal Hall, Amenities, Food or Ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for your family events such as Engagement or Parties or even any kind of exhibition. Shivraj, Shivek, Netrpal are excellent in seeing all small details of your function.

We stayed in Bizz in Jan 2024, and we had 4 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were clean & spacious. All the staff in Bizz were so welcoming & helpful. Bizz was situated on Yagnik Road, which is very convenient for shopping. The food was lovely & and the restaurant staff were good. When we required anything, from housekeeping, they were very efficient. I would like to say thank you to Nasir, the duty manager. He was so polite, helpful & very kind. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great hotel, good food, good reception and personnel. The hotel room is also really comfortable, the accomodation in general is great. The garlic nan from the restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast is also top notch. The facilities are also really good, with a great swimming pool. The hotel can provide all services including commuting to and from the airport.

It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.

I was stay in the this resort in Rajkot, all staff is very polite also food was awesome & tasty, this resort is situated in the heart of the Rajkot, its easy to access all the Rajkot market, we were stayed here for 3 nights, and i will recommend to everyone to this resort, i would specially thanks to Mr. Jagsher Chahal for His good nature and one of the best thing I like about Mr. Chahal is that he meets all his guests and keeps asking them about their experience durinh his stay.
