We were here on a stopover at Siliguri and simply loved the place. What strikes you immediately is the quiet in the hotel. It has a feeling of calm. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping good, staff efficient and the food tasty. No need to go outside looking for eating places, the Chef is more than willing to prepare a meal that suits your taste buds. There is a small super market next door (if you require something in an emergency), and you are a short auto ride away from Hong Kong market. Would definitely recommend that you stay at this hotel.

It was an amazing experience had in Royal Sarovar Siliguri I have been siliguri many times but this is my first staying in this hotel hospitality is so good buffet breakfast was with huge items and the food taste was delicious really like to thanks Riwashana for her hospitality we like to visit further thanks to Sarovar team

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. especially manager Dipesh biswakarma The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. and loved convenient location close to major attractions looking forward to visit soon

This place came recommended to me by an indian family. While I find this hotel to be trademarked under the same international brand: comfortable bed,good breakfast,ambient atmosphere, etc,etc. I feel there are a few ways and means of improving their service. Perhaps their biggest flaw is that they mainly target advertising for the locals. In that I mean, by being a tourist who doesn't speak the local language, I found it was something which was very noticeable from the start. Particularly during meal times (when staff would cater to both locals and foreigners), their attitude seems to be significantly different and a tad bit condescending. While it was delightful to have a choice of eggs, I wasn't entirely pleased with having fewer non-vegetarian options. It may get a while to get used to, but if you are here for a short while, then it may seem bit off-setting and, at times, rude and impolite. However, I feel that with a bit of training and etiquette and discipline, there's room for some improvement!

Restaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel, which i found through mm t pet friendly hotels. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for travelers. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly courteous and polite, making the entire experience very pleasant. The late-night check-in process was smooth, which was a relief after a long day. Although i stayed for just one night, i did get to enjoy their breakfast, where i had the bread omelet, which was quite good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and i look forward to returning to this property again soon.
