Room 418 was very clean and nice. Bindi and Fulosurin do a great job keep the room hygienic and clean. Rahul at front desk was very pleasant. Stay was very pleasant and will come back again soon. Bhushan is very friendly too. Surat City is very nice and will see you again.

Best place to stay in Bharuch . All around 5 out of 5 for this place. We used all the facilities here and everything was wonderful. Room service food was amazing. The massage was surprisingly top notch (Balinese massage) and I have tried many luxury hotel spas. House keeping staff does wonderful job as well. Sanjay and Hetal at the lobby and security are always there to greet you and answer any local questions. Zing food is top notch ***** with service. The hotel gives luxury vibes without being pretentious. The city itself can be chaotic so it was nice to come back to the quite hotel and feel relaxed and welcomed. Great job to all the staff and managers for running a tight ship and executing everything perfectly. Definitely coming back if staying in Bharuch.

Hotel was quite ok . Break was very good 😌. Recipton staff wa good . But room service was poor. Location is excellent for business person. It is very near to main surat railway station. And very lively area. Textille market is walking distance for textille business person.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Amazing as always, from check-in to Checkout everything was smooth, and the service at the buffet was quick and efficient. I would like to thank Gaurav Gupta once again for his wonderful hospitality, he is always a gem to talk to. Taukir Shah at the front desk is very helpful. Nice and Clean Rooms, Staff is very co-operative, Location is very near to Railway station. Easily available transportation. Reception Manager is so Friendly take care of everything. Greate with smile everytime when u come in or out of hotel. Very comfortable stay here. Highly recommended.

Hospitality of Staff is appreciable , Taste of Food i.e. Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner is Very Nice. Restaurent Manager with Entire Staff offers Nice Services General Manager of Surat Mrs Neeta takes care of Guests which is highly Appreciated. In short All Hotel executives and Staff take care or look after Guests Nice way.

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.
