We stayed at this resort with our family.. I would strongly recommend this place to family with kids and couples as well.. Ter is a large park and nice and neat swimming pool which makes the resort kid friendly.. Large spacious family rooms with a balcony that has an amazing dam view.. I should definitely mention about the chairman of the resort.. He greeted us so warmly and was kind enough to us that we really wanted to extend our stay with only for him.. He treated us like his own family and made sure we were comfortable enough till our check out. Over all it was an wonderful stay and an memorable experience..

We stayed in Aug23 The Rooms are not clean and the beds and pillows are full of strains, the price they are asking for stay is very high. We tolerated and stayed there, some people starts fighting against them.. asked for money back.. they refused it.. Please dont waste ur money Kindly lk out for better stay around coutralam.

It is a very pleasant and comfortable place. Sufficient parking space and good room service and restaurant. Walkable distance to 5 falls, a beautiful waterfall where we can take a good bath.

Everything was excellent: the room was impeccably clean, the staff were friendly, and the only hiccup was that i initially booked an executive room through mmt, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available. As a result, i had to cancel that booking and opt for a different room category, which was a bit disappointing.

GGuest UserSmall room but excellent breakfast and immediate response for any issues with the room. A bit expensive and only a little worth the cost bcoz of the complimentary breakfast. the room is worth maybe 1200 - 1500 rs plus 300 for breakfast.

GGuest UserAs soon as i arrived at the hotel i got my room keys but the receptionist asked when i check out was the weird question provided the 3 nights stay booked on system. And i stayed only 2 nights & whenever i leave the room i handed over the keys with receptionist but my room was not cleaned for the 2nd day i had to use the used towels. Also bed linens are not so clean. I had no issues with hotel people. Ac was working fine tv was also good. Hot water was there. In overall i would give 4 stars. Complementary breakfast just ok.

We had booked for 3 adults, but when we asked for extra bed for the third person, since we have already paid the money, he was arguing without even checking out payment saying we have booked wrongly and its not registered in their files. But when i showed the evidence he was not even sorry. Staffs could have behaved politely to the customer instead of an argument.
