Nice big room. They gave me a balcony room. Front desk staff was a little over the top and asked me a lot of personal questions. I had a friend come by for breakfast and they called an asked if he was staying. I was sleeping and he left hours ago so I thought it was weird. I also declined maid service one day and then someone had come into my room and left towels in the bed so that kinda creeped me out. They didn’t leave enough toilet paper. And why leave it on the bed and not make the bed? $5 euros for a big towel to use which is kinda chintzy to charge your guests for a towel when you’re a spa hotel. Pool was very nice and heated to about 90 degrees so like a warm bath. The pool area was noisy though so it ruined the atmosphere. They should install speaker system with relaxing music to help guests relax more. I didn’t use the spa area as there was no jacuzzi only steam room and sauna. Breakfast was pretty good. Blood orange juice which I loved and the coffee was delicious. Wait staff was friendly and fast serving for the coffee: thanks for my waiter for his cheerful attitude and smile during my stay.

Short stay, 2 nights, per year with the family, that is, it was a wonderful surprise, we enjoyed it very much and the only defect we find is the stairway to get to the floor that with the luggage is a little tired, However, the reward is paid once the entry threshold is exceeded. The room is well-reconstructed and well furnished, the room which has been assigned to us is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary, and given the relatively low temperatures well heated, Thanks to the bed we found very comfortable, the quality of sleep was also excellent. Excellent breakfast, the choice is not very wide but it is very good and the quality of the products is high, as well as the staff present prepares hot drinks at the moment, we have also found a wide satisfaction here. The same staff, besides being gentle, available and careful is very empathical with the client, this has made us the stay even more pleasant, also are very well organized to give instructions on how to get to the structure, it is located in a little hidden but very characteristic angle . It is also excellent for communication before arrival, we have all the information of the case and they have advised us, of course, more places, where to go to dinner and also here they have given us excellent straights.
