For a weekend in Milan we were in this hotel paying € 79; very basic and excellent for a touch and escape. It has a large parking and a large hall where to spend the evening. Breakfast ”continental”.

Terrible location. And very rude staff. This is a nice hotel in terms of the rooms were spotless and comfortable..... however, it is very geared towards corporate guests. It advertises that there is a shuttle service available on reservation, but what they don't tell you is that it's €150 to the centre of Milan!! A taxi ANYWHERE is a minimum of €35 and taxis charge on a meter from when they are first booked, so if they are 20 mins away before they get to you, you pay for that as well. The train station is a 20 minute walk away so no good if you are not very mobile. Staff are extremely rude and don't go above and beyond to help or advise you, from restaurant to reception staff, I got the feeling that unless you are Italian, they don't want to know. Staff won't discuss any issues unless there is a manager there (not there often in my experience) and we often had to wait at reception for a while for any member of staff to appear. My advice is, unless you hire a car or have plenty of Euros for taxis, go somewhere else.

No bar or lounge area to sit , just the very basic breakfast area Location is in nowhere's land , and taxi always required Price is outrageous for this type of hotel, and they took advantage of the ITMA event to charge 350€ per night.. but at this price, I would expect a different level of service & quality. Breakfast was also very poor , always same and not much choices Finally, I was staying in the room for disabled people. Could not take a long shower, as the bathroom was flooding in no time and water even floaded into the room. Due to location and no good accommodities to stay in hotel, you were obliged to always take taxi to Milan , which was also very expensive, hence better staying in the center of Milan and taking train/subway instead.

A good hotel , good service, friendly staff and good breakfast, but if it's something complicated to get , the best option is to get by bus but it has only service up to 20 hours , Then there is another option for the tram but you stay 15 minutes from the hotel and appears a feeling of unsure (nothing happened to me) but always go carefully , it is a multicultural neighborhood where you can find friendly people and others that play care!

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
