Beautiful hotel, with nice pool area. Nice lake for walking and sunset watching. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Last min, family trip for 4 nights at this lovely hotel located in Lake Garda. Private gated parking, gated hotel which made us feel secure. Welcomed by lovely friendly staff at reception with a swift check in. Room was basic but clean and had all amenities you could need. Sofa bed in living room, 1 double bed room (comfortable beds), kitchen and dinning room with utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses pans etc... shower room with extra large soft towels for all the family and terrace - being located on the ground floor pool side was a bonus for our family. The pool was well kept, clean, comfortable sunbed, parasols with a life guard (7am to 7pm) with pool towels provided by the hotel this was a great addition for our family. Our booking included breakfast, this was basic but fresh and you were well looked after but the staff, with fresh fruit, pasties, breads, yogurts, jams, cereals, meats, cheeses. They serves sausages and eggs for the hot choice. With coffee, fruit juices and water available too. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable. We ordered pizza and burger to the room 1 night and this was extremely reasonable and tasty 😋. Hotel location is fantastic. 2min walk to gelato and bar 6min walk to lake 6min walk to multiple restaurants/bars 10-15min drive to train station 60min drive to airport Thank you for a wonderful stay, all. Amazing experience, the spa exceeded my expectations. The infrastructure, staff and service are of very high standards. All the rooms, saunas and swimming pools are very clean and some of them smell so good. The snacks served were great. It's necessary for a car or a taxi to get there, it took me 15 min and cost around 30 euro by taxi from the city centre at Garda to the hotel.

Although the first impressions of this hotel may leave you wanting more, by the time we left we’d had a wonderful time after being well looked after by a small collection of lovely members of staff, ranging from the informative receptionists to the attentive ‘breakfast crew’, the barman and the maids. Positioned about A 10 minute walk into town, it is away from the hustle and bustle and a lake view room is a must…3rd floor is ideal. The breakfast options cater for all, including fresh omelettes and a smoothie maker if you’re brave enough to have a go, and the croissants are to die for! Free use of the spa is a bonus ( book it to avoid disappointment). The hotel is great value for money in a town where options are not cheap. Nearest mini-mart is en route in to town on right hand side just before the pedalos! We did a day trip to Verona, via the train ( station is a 25 minute walk away ) and also a coach trip to Venice (2.5 hours on the coach each way-but well worth it with a tour guide who looks after you). A couple of boat trips to Sirmione ( €6 return) and Garda ( bit more expensive on the rapido service) but nice to break up the day. Plenty of restaurants in town to eat at and we kept each visit below €50 with 2 main meals, a carafe of wine, a bottle of water and the cover charge. If you do choose here…. Enjoy!

My partner & I visited this beautiful hotel as part of an eleven day stay at Lake Garda in early June 2024. It was certainly an excellent choice. Our room was spotlessly clean & comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, which made our holiday all the more worthwhile. I would therefore definitely recommend Villarosa Hotel Desenzano as an ideal place to stay.

If you are looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in Desenzano, here it is! The hotel and all the amenities are wonderful (notably the comfy bed, the delicious breakfast, and the well-maintained rental bikes). But what stands out most of all is the kindness and helpfulness of the owners and staff. A wonderful place full of wonderful people!

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. On the shore of lake Gada simply stunning. The surrounding are is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Small poolon the roof terrace is a real lityle sun trap. If you're arriving by tain taxis are scarce. Use the uber app and you will be able to get a taxi. Thoroughly recomend a stay here and the surrounding area.
