"Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again ."

"I had actually stayed at a different safety property in Naples and thought this was the same one and thus booked it but to my rather surprise this was nothing like that. While the staff were really nice and quickly helped me with checking in and the rooms were not too small I felt like the bathroom was from a different dimension altogether as the shower cubicle was so small that while I was making my way out of it I hurt my back really badly And it was very painful to imagine the same happening to anyone else and that’s too on holiday also when I just opened the shower which was fixed overhead little bit of brown water seem to come out from it and I do not know what that was all about but it was rather disappointing however There was lockers in the room and quite a peaceful stay as well so I guess it’s fine for a night, but if only they had the day not so much behind the door that it is positioned in a very weird manner maybe it could have been better and also the flush was not working properly."

Otel binası yenileniyor ve köpek gibi görünüyor ama bir gece kaldığımız için oldukça güvenliydi. Kahvaltı harika, hatta meyve suyu ve birçok kek ve kurabiye seçenekleriyle gözleme makineleri bile var. Aynı binadaki marketten hediyelik eşyalarınızı Pisa kulesi bölgesine göre daha ucuza alabilirsiniz!"

"Very convenient location, 3 mins walking to the Pisa tower. There is a market down the hotel so it would be a bit noisy during daytime. Small but overall a great place to stay for the Pisa tower."

"Pisa'ya şehir gezisi için mükemmel konaklama. Güzel, eski bina, çok merkezi bir konumda. Gezilecek yerler, şehir ve yemek seçeneklerinin hepsi kolayca yürünebilecek mesafede. Personelle temas olmadan giriş ve çıkış - tamamen zahmetsiz. Personel kısa etkileşimim boyunca çok cana yakındı! Balkonlu ve Arno Nehri'nin doğrudan manzarasına sahip büyük bir odam vardı. Her şey çok temizdi! Koridorda rahatınız için küçük bir kahve ve çay istasyonu mevcuttur. Pisa seyahatim sırasında harika bir konaklama için teşekkür ederim!"

"Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep. Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore. Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly."

"Eski bir otel, dört kişilik odada kaldık. Oda büyüklüğü bizim için uygun. Ancak her şey eski, ayrıca daha genç bir personel (yaklaşık 40 - 50 yaşlarında), hoş karşılanmayan bir tavırla, hiç de iyi hissettirmedi. Ve geri kalan personel iyi durumda. Kahvaltı iyiydi ama jambon/pastırma veya yumurta yoktu. Bir dahaki sefere NH Pisa'da kalmayı tercih ederim, belki 10-20 € daha yüksek ama daha modernize edilmeli"

"The hotel is clean but very worn out and even in its heyday I can’t fathom how this was ever 4 stars. The bed spreads don’t appear to have been washed in ages, the bathrooms are tiny and you can barely fit through the door to enter the shower (and I’m thin!). Sound insulation is also terrible. They need a serious revamp."
