Ideally located between Florence and Arezzo, which is a must-see, this 15th-century villa is owned by a very nice couple, who are ready to answer all your problems. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet very good. Every people from the staff is very kind and efficient. The swimming pool is big and spacious, with trees for the shadow. Parking with cover from the sun is available.

Right next to the highway exit, the hotel has an internal parking lot. It is recommended for those who need to stay at THE MALL to take a rest. The Italian bed is too small, so I put the mattress on the ground for fear of falling under the bed. The restaurant environment is very good, but there is nothing to eat, coffee, milk, bread and the like

Conoscevo già il Borro residenza della Famiglia Ferragamo, una certezza in raffinatezza ed accoglienza. Per la quarta volta ho scelto Viesca sempre della famiglia Ferragamo per immergersi per un paio di giorni nella tranquilla campagna del Valdarno. Grazie, grazie alla signora Maria ed a Dominique per la grande accoglienza a noi riservata. Dovevamo rientrare a Roma ma ci siamo trattenuti ancora una notte perché davvero tanto coccolati. Un plauso speciale allo chef Michelangelo, mano delicatissima su materie prime di altissima qualità. Cucina evoluta e che merita presto riconoscimenti gastronomici. Un sogno un soggiorno trascorso al Viesca dal 4 al 6 gennaio 2023, curato nei minimi dettagli. Complimenti famiglia Ferragamo, Padroni di Casa ! complimenti a tutti voi che con passione e competenza contribuite a rendere unica la nostra permanenza !. Arrivederci a presto in primavera . Considering that the purchase at themall was late and I didn't want to proceed, so I found a nearby hotel, Tuscan country style, general facilities, rural bed and breakfast, mind to live with caution, the house is on the mountain. The environment is very good, but the access control system is a bit tasteless, maybe I don’t know how to use it. The most important thing is that I must have a car when I live here.

Wir können dieses Relais sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Superior Suite Frantoio ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön gelegen und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen.

We chose this ”hotel” as it was in the countryside just outside of Florence. A small reception but the reception staff spoke good English and was efficient. The room we were given opened into a small (childs) room first which was furnished with a small wrought iron bed with no windows. The main bedroom had a very small window which looked out onto the Tuscan countryside. The bed was old and lumpy and needs replacing. The bathroom also had no window and is old fashioned. The Wifi did not work (we connected in the reception but as soon as you got back to your room, it disconnected). Also the TV did not work. The lady at reception came to look at it for us but said the maintenance guy had gone home. We had dinner in the restaurant which was nice and very Tuscan. It is not part of the hotel and is run separately. The biggest problem for us was the noise. Whilst it is not the fault of the hotel if their guests are noisy, we had a family above us and we could hear every word, laughter, screams, TV, toilet flush, kids thumping and running etc. This also continued during the night at all hours. Breakfast was the highlight. It is served in a separate annex to the hotel across the road. The buffet (covid buffet) was served to us and consisted of hot and cold food, fruit, pastries, etc. Of course lots of Italian coffee. As we were there in November the pool was closed but we could imagine this an idyllic spot in the summer. Shame about the Wifi and TV.
