Alla reception personale preparatore e disponibile. Ahhh dimenticavo, cosa non da poco, l'acqua nel frigobar è sempre gratis. Grazie a tutti

I would not advise. I only had one night but I just realized that the hotel was not to be assessed for four stars. I passed a little trip there and made breakfast and dinner and unfortunately our two friends did not digest it. When we talk about the rooms at the entrance, we found the bathroom that every time they were upstairs of their needs, the bathroom was ever smelling unpleasantly and had a colour that was not suitable for humans. The toilet paper was used and the cup was too close to the shower. The bed is very uncomfortable and hard and not hygienic. I tell you what happened to me in the bed of a friend we found a patch used with hair, which means the room was not re-established. And in the table we found hair and under the bed c is the powder. Finally, I would advise all the staff to follow my advice starting from the first.

Personal, qualified, available.. excellent cleaning of the room. Generally all services are comparable to a category of higher hotels.. I surely recommend it to everyone anyway the purpose of the trip ...

I was anxious about the hotel, reading the previous comments. Fortunately I was informed that there is a new owner and the hotel works perfectly. The restaurant is highly recommended. Certainly a good choice in the area of Naples. Welcoming staff and a great cuisine. Reasonable prices for an excellent quality.

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nightmare as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.
