Very convenient to the airport. Also only a short walk to catch the bus into Venice. Be advised that you need to buy the bus tickets at the nearby tobacco shop, which is not open all the time. So we had to wait around for about 15-20 minutes for them to open in the afternoon before we could buy tickets. Recommend buying a round trip ticket if you plan on returning by bus. The room was clean and comfortable. A/C and internet worked just fine. Nice shower and large bathroom. The room was quiet, even though faced a busy street. Breakfast was fresh (we just had the continental breakfast). Very pleasant owner. Great service. We had a very good and inexpensive meal across the street in an unimpressive appearing small restaurant (Al Quadrante).

We stayed for one night in June 2024. This is a different type of B&B - in a good way. It is situated on a large piece of land. There are Koi Carp and, well away from the rooms, donkeys, peacocks, bee hives, and a large lawned area with deckchairs. It is 4 minutes' drive from Marco Polo airport. Very helpful young man at reception and friendly and efficient staff at breakfast which can be eaten inside or outdoors. Our room was a superior in the 'Hare's House' - it was very clean, had two French balconies and was well decorated with a modern bathroom. Apart from hearing people leaving for early morning flights, which is to be expected so close to the airport, the B&B is quiet and there is plenty of land to stroll around. It is set well away from the main road and parking is free. We enjoyed our short stay.

It was already 11 o'clock in the evening at the airport. I took a bus to the hotel and it was very convenient. It will arrive in five minutes. The hotel room is large. One room and one living room. Can live 4 people, we are more than enough to live. The front desk also has a bus ticket to Venice Island, which is very convenient. This price is at the hotel and the price is very high.

Standard Marriott courtyard hotel very near the airport but for those who think they can just walk it, unless you have minimal luggage otherwise it’s not an easy walk. Some parts will have no pedestrian pavement so you walk in the main road. If you do choose to walk it, it’s probably a good 15-20 mins. For those who opt for taxi, it’s Euro30 just to turn that corner and enter the airport. Expensive but that’s how it is. The hotel itself I would consider a bit over priced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not big, just standard size. Staff are helpful and no queues for check in/out.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

After flying into Venice from the UK we stayed at Ca Tessera Resort Hotel for one night before our onward journey to the Dolomites the following day. It was the prefect location for us, just five minutes from the airport by taxi. Ca Tessera is a quaint slightly old fashioned hotel but warm, cosy and with lots of charm. Our room was lovely, breakfast the following morning was very good and as an added bonus the hotel has a small indoor swimming pool and sauna which we were happy to take advantage of after a long day travelling. The price of €66 per night for the room and breakfast for two was amazing value. We would not hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend it as a base for those holidaying in Venice or travelling on to other destinations like Lake Garda and the Dolomites. We loved the Annia Park Hotel! It has the charm of the Italian farmstead it was built on but is ultra modern in the rooms and immaculate! We got there before the 1 p.m. check in time and managment was very accommodating in getting our room ready as quickly as possible. The Annia has an airport shuttle for 5 Euro per person; we had taken a taxi from the airport to the hotel and that was 20 Euro for two. The hotel is based in several buildings, all of which seem to be in exemplary condition with wonderful features like outdoor seating areas and (in some cases) balconies. There are elevators and the hotel is literally not even 10 minutes from the airport (but I don't recall any plane noise at night). Our room had a beautiful modern bathroom with a great shower. The onsite restaurant serves dinner, starting at 6:30 p.m. We loved the restaurant but I'm not sure if our experience was typical in terms of one negative. We got there at 6:30 and all ten tables filled up immediately. There was only one server and although she rushed around like crazy, it was difficult to give great service to everyone at once (and made for kind of a frenetic experience that took away from the lovely dining room.) I would recommend opening the restaurant at 5 or 5:30. I think this could stagger the restaurant arrivals because there's not much to do in the area and by 6:30, everyone was ready to eat! The restaurant prices were fair and our meals were delicious. I had the lasagna, which literally melted in your mouth. We also had a second which my husband and I shared (veal Milannese). It was a very large piece of meat and served with a mound of hot and crispy French fries. It was too much food but we loved it all! The wine by the glass was only 5 Euro but quite a small pour so we ordered a second (I think people would actually be happier to pay 7-8 Euro and get a more generous glass). We also went to the complimentary breakfast. That was a very calm experience (unlike the dinner). They have a very wide variety of hot offerings, various coffees, fruits, cold cuts, cheese, many varieties of pastries. I would recommend a smaller assortment of pastries so all/most would be eaten each day. The ones I tried were very good but a touch on the dry side so I imagine they weren't totally fresh. This is an excellent place to stay for the airport but otherwise there isn't a lot in the area, unless you had a car to drive into Venice. We took a walk but it was right along the road (there was a sidewalk) so a bit difficult.

This hotel is somewhat brand new, maybe about 3-4yrs. Rooms are decent size along with bathrooms. If you need to stay close to the Venice Airport, they offer shuttle service for a fee ($15 for 2 persons) and operate hourly. Hotel has a restaurant downstairs, complimentary breakfast and casual dining for dinner (at your cost) which is very convenient. We would certainly stay here again, if you've been to Venice a couple of times and want to be close to the airport for ferry service to other islands, this is an alternative to consider which is why we choose to stay here. I want to give a shout out to Antonella & Dan (shuttle driver) they made our stay extra nice, along with great customer service, and can't forget Booboo, (local resident) that loves to greet people in the morning. We'll be back for sure in 2024!
