"The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Y's Hotel Asahikawa — overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities like comfortable pajamas and access to a large public bath on the 12th floor, which was a great way to relax after a long day. The location is unbeatable, right next to Asahikawa JR Station and AEON Mall, making it super convenient for both travel and shopping. One thing to note: the hotel does not offer free parking. Parking is managed by Times and is chargeable at 1,200 yen per day. Also, stopping in front of the hotel is not allowed during check-in — you’ll need to park at the back before proceeding to the lobby. Despite that, the hotel’s quality, convenience, and comfort make it a great choice. Would definitely stay again!"

"The breakfast was a stand out! Yum! The morning staff are awesome too. Onsen is a bit hot so you can’t stay in long and not having towels on hand is a let down too. The hotel is in a great location tho with nice views over the city, good price and helpful, enthusiastic staff. I recommend this place and we will return."

"Hotel is clean. Was given unintentionally a smoking room on the smoking 9th floor. Amenities only toothbrushes given in the room n the rest self service at lobby. Onsen was at B1, men use key card access, ladies with password. Car park guided to outdoor parking 120m away @¥1,100/day. Laundry at lobby next to smoking room. Washing was ¥300, detergent ¥50. Drying at ¥200/30 minutes. One hour my clothes still damp. Ladies at front desk friendly. Only one older male was rude. Hotel is walking distance to most popular JR Train Station with adjoining Aeon Mall. The food court is on the ground floor. 4th floor was a nicer place to dine. Heiwa-dōri Shopping Park or Walking Street is not impressive with minimal tourist from 12-14/6/25."

"We liked the Dormy chain hotels. Our stay at the Dormy Inn Asahikawa was great. Room is clean, bedsheets & towels were new & fluffy. The onsen is on the top floor & has an outdoor pool very appealing to watch the sky during onsen. Breakfast was superb good. Location is strategic too & walking distance to some great restaurants. Happy & will come back again. Highly recommended."

"Book a non-smoking room The first night was not available, so I could hardly sleep, but the other two nights were being changed. The hotel was being renovated, making the overall atmosphere not very good."
