Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Gotemba Premium Outlets with fantastic view of Mt Fuji from hotel room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a nice bath, a cosy area at the ground floor with drinks and relaxing seats at the library for hotel guests’ use. It would have been perfect if the hotel has a fitness room.

I came here with my dog. They were very accommodating even though I had suddenly decided to stay for multiple nights, and the room was spacious and clean! I stayed alone, but next time I would like to stay with my family. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very comfortable. They also lent me a cage for my dog ​​for a fee, which was very helpful for me since I had to go on a sudden business trip! The soundproofing was also good, so I didn't have to worry about the noise of other dogs. I would definitely use their services again if I have to bring my dog ​​to work.
