The service and attitude at the front desk are very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also booked private baths at the hotel. Gotemba premium outlet is within walking distance. It's just a pity that we couldn't see the complete Mount Fuji on the day we arrived.

Close to Gotenba interchange and outlet, location is very good. The natural hot springs are set to allow men and women to enter alternately, but the time when women can take a bath at night ends early, and the next time is the morning time that overlaps with breakfast time. I thought that it was necessary to set the time to consider the woman because it was a location that cannot be put in the hot spring without passing through the breakfast venue.

I didn't notice that this was a B&B when I made a reservation. It was a suite in the residential building. It was difficult to find without a prominent logo. Fortunately, I met a passionate Japanese who helped us find it. There is a KTV in the building, which is quite noisy at night.

Girls should be before 9.30 pm, boys are after 10 pm. The bathing area is very small and can only accommodate 5 to 6 people.

This is a hotel on the court, all aspects are better than domestic five-star hotels, the room size is large, the quality of toiletries is very good, the design and layout of the hotel lobby and other public spaces are also very good! Unfortunately, I didn't make an appointment in advance, and I didn't eat the special dinner of the 25th anniversary event. 家族で1泊のみ利用しました。 基本的に高い満足度で、子供の希望があり、また近いうちに再訪することになりそうです。 私たちは、コンテナハウス式の「グランデキャビン」を利用しましたが、＜グランピング＞初体験者なので、他施設・他設備との実体験上の比較はできません。 云えることは、＜グランピング＞と云うものが、野外空間で基本的に布1枚のテントで過ごすような＜キャンプ＞でもなければ、ボタンに触れるだけで照明コントロール・バトラー呼出しなどができ、空調完備で外界からの環境的影響を極力排除した恒久建物内で過ごす＜ラグジュアリーホテル＞でもない、その中間のシェルターなので、利用客として、＜キャンプ＞寄りを期待するのか＜ラグジュアリーホテル＞寄りを期待するのかの程度により求めるスペックに差が出てしまい、現実の利用施設のスペックとのズレが起きやすいことでしょうか。 その上、この施設の特性として、①天気に恵まれるか雨に降り込まれるか②滞在中一度でも富士山が見えるか見えないか③酷暑期/厳寒期かそうでないかの3要素が、利用客の満足不満足の大きな分かれ目になっている気がします。　 　※ 特に雨天時の物心両面での個別サポートが課題と感じます。 なお、この施設は、感染症蔓延期にそれまで設定(宣伝)していたサービス内容を変更し、その変更を施設HP上で判りやすくオンタイムで広報できていなかったようです。 さて、利用時の9月初週は、昼間が外にいるのがきつい暑さでも、夜には少し冷えて来る、と云った、恐らく夏休み利用としては理想に近い気候でした。 8月15日以前は、夜になっても外が涼しくならず、「避暑」になりにくかったと聞きました。ついでに冬のことを訊くと、零下5度まで下がる(2月)ので、シャワー、洗面台、トイレなどの水回りは、凍結防止のため、ひと晩中水をチョロチョロ出しっぱなしにする必要がある程の寒さだそうです。その代わり、冬季は晴天率が高く、富士山を望みやすい、夜空も美しいと云う利点がある訳なので、そこのところを理解した上で利用を検討されるとよいと思います。残念なことに、施設HP上では、その辺りの説明が不十分(意図的?)なので、改善を期待します。 夕食は＜グランピングディナー＞を頼みました。夕食指定時刻少し前に、全ての調理品と食材が、スタッフにより専用カートで運び込まれ、料理説明とメインディッシュ(トマホークビーフ)自己調理用のガスストーブ使用方法の説明を受けました。据置き式大型ガスストーブでの調理など最初は戸惑いましたが、チャレンジしてみると意外に上手くでき、ここのところに＜グランピング＞らしさを感じました。(本物のキャンプ熟達者からは嘲笑されるかも知れませんが、そもそもそう云う本物を求めていないのでここに来ています。) ちなみに、調理済み料理と自己調理用食材の品質は、トマホークを含めて良好で、量は、私たちには多過ぎでしたが、足りない向きには、オプションのデリバリー料理(調理済)や追加食材があります。確かに、冷凍品や業務品の一部使用があるらしいものの、この施設には箱根小涌園出身の洋食チーフが配置されており、どこかの施設のように、セントラルキッチンから調理済み料理の輸送を受け調理素人のスタッフがチンなどしてマニュアル画像通りに盛付けて出す方式ではないので、トレーサビリティー対応を含め安心して楽しめました。 食后、花火を楽しみ、キャビン前で焚火を熾し、ハンモックに揺られながら真正面に登山者の煌々とした明かりの列が連なる富士山の夜景を眺め、またジャグジーバスに浸かりながら星空を見上げスーパームーン直後の月見をするなど、ひと通りの体験ができました。 キャビンサービス面ですが、「フィールドアテンダー」なる呼称のスタッフが担当しており、私たちが接した限り、地元出身のキャンプオタクが多く、相当熱いテンションでキャンプ生活の醍醐味とノウハウをグランピング初心者に伝授してくれようとしていました。私たちにはとても興味深く、リピートへの架け橋となりました。もちろん、全員が熱い訳でなく、まだまだサービス基本の訓練度が低い(若手?)スタッフも散見されましたが、この施設を始めどこもこの面では苦労しているようです。 なお、私たちは自家用車利用でしたので、キャビン真裏の駐車スペースは助かりましたが、施設HPからのWeb予約時、その選択のための説明や誘導が見当らず、不備・不親切に映りましたので、改善を期待します。 一方、もろに矛盾することですが、構内で、自動車動線(顧客・業務共)と歩行者動線の区別がないので、乳幼児はともかく、低年齢児童をキャビン外で自由に遊ばせることにリスクがあります。敷地形状など物理的な制約があるとは云え、工夫する余地はあるはずなので改善を期待します。 最後に、施設内で2階建て大の普請中建物を見かけ尋ねたところ、温浴施設とのことでした。各キャビン内にジャグジーバスがあるものの、やはり多くの方々が「大浴場」を求められるようですが、特に厳冬期にその真価を発揮するかと思います。感染症蔓延による混乱期を経て、この施設もこれから増設や改修を計画しているようなので期待するところです。

Stayed at the time of the supergt at Fuji Speedway. There seems to be many people involved in the race, and the parking lot in front was full before 18 o'clock. The room used the twin room on the Fuji side, but Mt. Fuji was very beautiful. I am glad that there is an outlet on the pillow. The water was a bit old, but I personally didn't care about it. The response of the front desk employees was polite and good.

The high consumption in Japan is well known. The price is pretty good. Room facilities can only be said to sleep for one night and a half night without any requirements. It is more than 100 domestic express hotels. For breakfast, we may collect it half an hour later, and there is little left! Navigation to find the hotel, but the mobile phone navigation was wrong. Thanks to the Japanese guy who took us there. The language is not good!

I have been taken care of several times at Gotenba Kogen Hotel in Tokinosu. This time, the twin room on the ４ floor, the day before check-in, Mt. Fuji was in the clouds, but the next day was clear and the snowy Mｔ Fuji appeared in front of me and was impressed. Until now, I often stayed in a plan with two meals, and dinner was at a reasonable price for the sushi kaiseki course on the hotel ８ floor, but this time I was at a local beer restaurant (grand table) in another building I made it. There were many kinds of beer and various dishes, and the feeling of opening in the store was comfortable. There were many guests for day bathing and dinner without staying, and the store was quite busy, but the ceiling of the restaurant was high and wide, so I didn't feel noisy. Breakfast was served at the hotel ８ restaurant on the floor. The number of Japanese and Western items was sufficient, the attendant's response was polite and friendly. I want to use it again.
