"特意為了晚上的懷石料理預訂的酒店，我在攜程看評價説包含晚餐，但是預訂的時候沒有含晚餐的選項但是看攜程回覆説到了追加也沒問題，結果我想這提前一天問一問吧，這下好，一問就是需要提前三天預訂才有，評論説的免費兩次接駁攜程也跟我説要提前三天預訂，那你倒是寫在介紹裏啊？我到店裡之後問能不能加錢有晚餐也不行，就是要提前預訂，我説我和攜程説了商店給我看c-trip頁面攜程給的單子就是room only。真的我挺無語的，這地方也沒什麼吃的到了怎麼樣都不行，酒店也不便宜，前台連個會説英語的人都沒有，就是一點都不會，最基礎的單詞都聽不懂。酒店服務倒是還可以，後來來了一個會講一點點中文的小哥，幫我叫的外賣，倒是也有吃的（因為當天下大雨出都出不去）。但是我從東京大老遠着折騰到這裏體驗感真的很一般。我這個房型的泡池也很小，大概1.5平方米？……哎 第二天去菊屋了，個人覺得比好很多。這個酒店公共設施也沒有，就是房間。來住的建議提前三天定好吃的定好接駁車，忘了或者來不及的，算了，換個酒店吧。順便提一句，googlemap這個酒店三星酒店，隔壁菊屋雖然陳舊 但起碼還是四星……"

"Amazing service and onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor, private and public baths to choose from. There are unlimited drinks from the drinks machines and also other complementary food services. Both the meals, breakfast and dinner, were exquisite. It was great to experience traditional Japanese dining. The traditional Japanese building was like a labyrinth and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the many halls and gardens. The location is also great and there are many shops and temples around the area. All in all the perfect place to have a more traditional Japanese experience whilst receiving excellent service."

"The place is amazing, own onsen in your room, and there is an amazing view of Fuji. The only problem is that there any restaurants for this hotel that doesn’t require a reservation prior to your check in, so if you need any food, you need to go to the hotel next-door. Other than that is a very good experience, very spacious room for your family or your friend, and it’s a great chance for you to get near nearer to the nature."

"非常非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。 日式庭院，懷石料理，昭和風格的老牌旅館。 一直想去完全日式的温泉旅館、這次的體驗可以説完全滿分拉滿。 前台和客房阿姨的服務非常日本完全沒的説。 他家的餐食一定要預訂、真的物超所值、足不出門就可以在房間內吃飯、對於懶癌的人真的非常友好。 朋友預約了海景房、天氣正好很好、西伊豆的海真的好漂亮。 温泉去泡了好多次、預訂餐食還有一次免費的家族私湯可以體驗、很出片。 正好櫻花也開了、走的時候酒店阿姨還給拍照。 過一段時間還想去打卡。 真的想推薦給小夥伴、適合小眾旅遊、但是國人比較少、交流也許需要翻譯。但是這個年代翻譯軟件很多、完全可以接受。"

"Really loved this place. The service was lovely, the food was amazing especially beside the river under the kotatsu. And I loved how big the room was with the private bath. Had an amazing time in the private onsens without anyone disturbing. Couldn’t have asked for a better ryokan to go to."

"房間屬寬敞一類，而且是衞生間與洗澡間分二間的，這個挺好。温泉税150日幣屬強制收費，不管泡不泡，入住就要收的。不提供礦泉水，大堂裏也不提供白開水。早餐品種比較多，但不能晚點去吃，吃完的品種不補充的，所以最好開始時間半小時內去吃。酒店就在修禪寺旁，晚上週邊飯店5點就關門了，附近有個安濱衞飯店最好別去，有最低一瓶飲料的強制消費，不管點別的飯菜吃，一定要點一瓶飲料最低220日幣，而且飯菜性價比不高，味也很一般。網紅的刺生壽司店要至少提前一天預約，否則吃不到。酒店周圍有家便利店可買吃的。"
