"This is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff provided excellent service. It’s not far from the subway and the room was clean. If I have a chance to visit Kobe again, I will definitely stay here."

"Hotel has all the needed toiletries , pajama, slippers and even face mask. Room is clean and comfortable to sleep. Amenities includes washer dryer washing machine Location is just a short walking distance from sannomiya station and just outside hotel have many restaurants and convenient stores. Free beeakast buffet is a bonus but eat once or twice is ok. Menu are almost same everyday. Staff are friendly. Easy and fast checkin checkout."

"Just a few mins away from both Sannomiya station and Motomachi area. Equipped with a public bath facility and the coin laundry. (There was a queue after 9pm. Go for it earlier!) Staff were attentive and helpful. Only drawback- the view of my room was like completely blocked by other buildings, and we were not able to get enough natural lights. It was even darker than the average at night."

"This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended."

"Great location, 5 min walk to subway and train. One train stop away from Shin-Kobe station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to locate as next to Ikuta Shrine. Free coffee at lobby 24/7. Rooms are spacious with bathtub."

"Huge hotel with great facilities, but gym, sauna, onsen and pool have to be paid extra and at high prices. That left a very bitter aftertaste. The room was large but a bit dated and could be cleaned better. The service at the reception could be nicer and speak better English. However, the rest of the service staff were extremely nice and helpful. Early check-in was possible free of charge. The hotel is very close to Kobe airport, but only offers a shuttle service for the train stations. Why not also for the airport is somewhat questionable."

"We chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money."

"The location is very convenient — just a 2–3 minute walk to Chinatown and about 10–15 minutes to the Harbor. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean; I was able to fully open both of my travel bags (24” and 28”) with ease. One unexpected surprise was the breakfast — it was entirely Indian cuisine. While I personally enjoy Indian food, I found it a bit heavy for the morning. That said, the flavors were excellent! As for the staff, I would recommend having Google Translate ready. Compared to hotels in other cities, the communication here was a bit more challenging. It seems the team hasn’t had as much experience interacting with international guests."

"Location is good, but room is small. Love the bathroom design. Breakfast is basic - was expecting more and better options considering the price paid for. Glad to find the airport limousine stop very nearby the hotel for Kansai airport."
