Absolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed overnight with my friend and her family. Yuta (owner's son) and his mother went above and beyond to give us spectacular experience! Food was top quality, facility was extremely clean, Onsen water was so silky, delicious Gelato and good opportunity to try varieties of Japanese alcohol. This place made our visit to Hokkaido extra special. Thank you for taking good care of us and spending quality time with Matthew! He adores you!! ps. Ask Yuta to make Esther's secret menu: pistachio affragato 😀

今回北海道外回り1周旅行で滞在。お値段も安いので3泊予約。ここを中継基地にして知床・羅臼に翌日は阿寒湖・摩周湖巡りをしました。教員住宅をリフォームしたので当然古さはありますがそれなりに綺麗ですし台所には食器から調理器具まで完備、お風呂のシャワーの水圧も充分。トイレも洗浄機能付きです。観光ドライブ帰りには近所？の地元スーパーで海産物を翌日はジンギスカンと観光料金ではない適正な値段で買えてとても満足した食事も出来ました。豪華なホテルで美味しい食事や温泉を希望する方には向いてないと思いますが早起きすると静かで清々しい朝を散歩することもできます。朝食を取ってそれから200kmぐらいのドライブをして夕方には食材を買って帰りお風呂に入って夕飯、美味しいお酒も堪能できとても楽な旅となりました。a uの電波が入りにくいのですがブースターを貸してくれます。オーナーの方も優しくてとても良い思い出になりました。

Although somebody may prefer higher-order accommodation, this hotel is very very great for me and my family. Located just in front of JR Shiretoko Shari Station, it can be very convenient for me and my family to catch a train to somewhere else. The other excellence of the hotel is that there is a convenience store just across the zebra line. The hotel staff, from front desk receptionist to housekeepers, they all tried their best to answer my questions and make up my room. The price of the hotel is quite reasonable. I stayed there for consecutively 8 nights, I found that the price if very very reasonable.

I really want to complain about this hotel! Let me talk about the good aspects first. Advantages: It is close to the bus station and the room is clean. The most unbearable thing: I booked a two-day stay and two meals. The breakfast and dinner buffets were almost the same. The location of the buffets did not change every day🥲🥲🥲 I ate the same thing for four meals!!! The key is that there are few varieties and they are not delicious. There are only three or four dishes that are worth eating. The others are dishes that I don’t want to eat at all. Help me, this is the first time I have encountered such a weird hotel meal! The open-air bath in the large bathhouse is not open. It seems that it should not be open all year round and is covered up. It is really doubtful whether the sanitation of the large bathhouse has been cleaned, because I found a cup there when I went there for the first time. It was still there on the third day🥲 The hotel should not be fully occupied. There are only a few people eating breakfast and dinner every day. I booked a random room type and was given a room with a better view, but I didn’t. I booked it because it was at the foot of the mountain, close to the bus station, and convenient, but other than that, I don't think it has any advantages. I saw that the food was not very good on Ctrip, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. The food was so limited that I had to eat baguettes for several meals, and they tasted pretty good after being toasted. This is also a new discovery forced by it😅 The price of Shiretoko Daiichi Hotel is only 100 yuan more expensive. I would have booked this earlier, at least I would have enjoyed the meal😂 Fortunately, I changed to Beixinyi today, let's see how the food is tonight

The hotel is very clean and modern with a natural flavor. The room is large and very clean. Everything is great in detail. It is another hotel that I think can give a full score in my entire trip to Japan, except for the Toyako Nonokaze Hotel. There is one outdoor hot spring and three indoor hot springs. The food is great, although there are not many varieties. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off passengers to and from the Utoro Hot Spring Center. The contact method is to call the front desk or make an appointment, or use the Line APP, but Line can basically not be downloaded in China unless you buy a foreign Apple ID in advance. So it is best to have a Japanese phone card and call the hotel front desk directly to ask them to send a car to pick you up.

The shower in the bathroom is broken as there is no water coming out from the tap. I talked to the staff and were told they would check it out and reply to me as soon as possible. At the end of the day, I checked out with the tap still being unfixed, which means I have to clean myself with a small plastic wash basin found in the room for the entire stay duration. During checking out, the staff still gave me the response as before, that they were sorry about it and would send someone to check it out. For a hotel with such a high reputation, I do not think the services or amenities provided are up to par.

It's along the national highway, but it's very nice to be surrounded by forests. The sauna was also water-cool, but the thick bath next to it was the best. Bogey was my first experience, but by the time I went around for two weeks, I was working in a corner while spinning. Even at this time of year, it was cold at night, and I enjoyed the fluctuation of cooking firewood and watching the cup. Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture was humid, but it was the best without the humidity of Shari Town. Thank you. I will visit you again.
