Please cancel the cancellation procedure yourself.” If you contract influenza, for example, airlines do not charge a cancellation fee if you submit a medical certificate, but this hotel does not take this into consideration, so I will share it with you. We will go to Amami Oshima again, but not to this hotel. After all, I have a strong resistance to paying 100% of the accommodation fee due to the circumstances of this time, even though I did not receive any service. It is a shame because the staff who dealt with us on the phone were polite. Hotels are a service industry, and I believe they exist to make customers happy, so I hope that they will not only prioritize the convenience of the hotel, but also take into consideration the convenience of customers who would like to go but cannot.

Hotel Caretta was an excellent choice. Nearby to the airport and located next to the beach. Room was spacious, clean and hotel had nice amenities. WiFi was good, water clean, Staff very friendly. The hotel had bicycles available for guest use. There was a dive resort next door for those whom wanted to explore the ocean. The hotel had an on site restaurant that had great food (breakfast and dinner) and there were nearby izakayas for those whom wanted to try local places. Great time and would love to return.
