枕が低くてフロントのスタッフにもう一つほしいと伝えたところ、持ってきますと言いながらほかの客のクレジットカード対応で後から部屋まで送ってくると思ってチェックアウトまで持ってこなかったです。ナイトテーブルの電気だけ付けたいところ部屋全部のライトに連動されて消すと全部消灯になるからしょうがなく一晩中テレビつけっぱなしでした。こんなのビジネスホテルは初めてです。おそらくラブホテルから改装されたかなと思います。あとめちゃくちゃ乾燥でエアコンつけるとさらに増して消すと寒い。。部屋の広さと朝食だけ良いかなぁ。もう利用しないと思います。

This is the best place for early morning flights. The convenience store was right next door, and the room was renewed and clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I had plenty of time to enter, so I went to the observation deck on the 4th floor and enjoyed shopping with the plane and the evening view. Pros: Near airport and train station. Cleaning staff are very motivated do an excellent job. The front desk staff is friendly. Cons: rooms smell like an ashtray unless you specifically ask for a nonsmoking room. If you aren’t part of some Toyoko Inn membership club you cannot check in early (even if your room is ready), bathroom feels like a cruise ship. The shuttle is to and from the airport doesn’t run in the morning. Even with staff standing right at the desk, you have to do an automated check in with a computer. Yeah, my biggest gripe was that after traveling for over 24 hours to get to Osaka I was told I could not get into my room 45 minutes early unless I paid an extra ¥1000, or presented my Tokyo membership card. Like gee….I’m sorry…this is the first time I’ve been here….certainly charge me extra because I don’t have a membership card with you all. NOT a good way of taking care of an exhausted guest.

Fantastic hotel - very friendly and attentive staff and facilities are old but very classic and high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the yummy breakfast where you can pick western or Japanese. We wanted to have buffet however it actually so nice not to and someone bring out breakfast

Very nice house. It was the first time I saw such a huge hotel room in Japan. It was estimated to be over fifty square meters. Can store luggage All kinds of supplies in the room are complete and very useful. Although the decoration of the house is relatively old, it is really comfortable to live in.
