There is no elevator to reach the room. It is quite difficult to carry large luggage to the room. There is no separate toilet and bathroom in the room. The food is delicious and exquisite. After staying for 4 consecutive days, the food is different every day. With the value of our reservation, the price is really high. The hotel service is first-rate. During the time, my friend slipped and broke her ankle bone in the parking lot. The hotel staff immediately called her ambulance to the hospital. After she was discharged from the hospital, she also carefully arranged wheelchair transportation. At the same time, we arranged for friends to stay on the elevator floor and have separate toilets for free. Room. Since friends need to return to Hong Kong for medical treatment early, the hotel specially arranges vehicles to be sent to Yamagata Airport (the traffic is of course charged, but the price is very reasonable), so that friends can feel at ease during the process. Toyoko Inn is located a few minutes walk from Yamagata Station. It is a safe and stable Toyoko Inn, and the facilities are the same as usual. I had a comfortable stay with no issues with cleanliness. There were not many restaurants in Shui, but there were many if you went to the other side of the station. This is a safe and comfortable accommodation that we can recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights in the New Building, where rooms were newly renovated and extremely spacious in Japanese business hotel terms. Decent variety and quality at the breakfast buffet. It's in the same building and uses the same elevator, which is very rare in business hotels in Japan and very convenient. You can choose to not have your room cleaned daily - just tell the front desk and they will leave you new towels and sleepwear at your door every day. Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and soap are in the room. If you need any extras eg. comb, grab them at the front desk for free. This helps lowers wastage, which is great.

It was a pity that the smoking room was available for reservation and the scent of cigarettes remained, but both the lobby rooms were quiet and the hot springs were very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was very good and the quality was very good.
