I was satisfied enough with the cleanliness and service of the facilities.
However, there was a transmission mistake from the hotel and I couldn't check in smoothly.
I don't know which responsibility because there was such a case when I booked at trip.com before, but I would like to use it again if I improve it afterwards.

丁寧に親切に対応してくださり、とても気持ち良く、中に入るととても綺麗で広くて、屋上はジャグジーがあり、終始心地良く利用できました！また利用させてもらいたいですし、お勧めです！！
あいにくの天気でしたが、屋上は涼しい風で海も見えるので、ボーとするのも心地良かったです！

The scenery was so beautiful and the staff were so warm and hospitable, I was very satisfied!
It's a beautiful hotel with a nostalgic and warm atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed!
We were also able to borrow SUPs, life jackets, swim rings, and other equipment for free, so we really enjoyed it!
And there was a wide selection of welcome drinks, so we enjoyed those too!

The car was very easy to stop on one side of the road and the front desk staff was gentle and friendly. The interior of the room is very nice and nice. The bed was a twin with a large bed size that I thought was 2 king sizes. I couldn't hear the sound of making it firm. I left the next morning to the beautiful sea aquarium early in the morning and only stayed for one night, but I could sleep very well.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I booked the second floor, but I'm very grateful that they gave me the fourth floor. I didn't think I needed an ocean view, but it was an amazing view. Furthermore, the noise of daily life was far away, so I slept really well. I'll write only the things I noticed like a mother-in-law. The process of taking photos before check-in was annoying. I'm worried about my personal information because of an unknown app. The door of the shoe cupboard at the entrance was moldy and dirty. The weight of the blind controller in the bedroom hits the door and is annoying. The air conditioner in the middle bedroom smells a bit sweaty. The area around the sink is made of wood, so I'm worried that water will splash and seep in. The photos on the website are mixed up in each room, making it difficult to understand. It was very convenient to get to various tourist attractions. It was convenient because it was close to a convenience store and supermarket by car. Once I remember the way, I'll go back on the day I leave. I'd like to go again. Thank you.
