For hot spring bathing please use Shimonyu and Nurukawa Onsen right in front of the facility The Yunotsubo Highway is also adjacent to the facility making it an ideal location for sightseeing in Yufuin There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby so you can easily have dinner and shopping We hope you have a great time at our facility

Location - A bit far away from the Yufuin JR station, driving is recommended. Within walking distance of Kinrinko and Stained Glass Museum is a plus.
Cleanliness - Clean room and common bath area.
Service - Per booking confirmation check-in time is 1500-1900. Front desk staff was already gone when I arrived at around 1815. Took longer then expected for doing self check-in as the reservation number I have is different from what it is in the system, and the staff over phone barely speaks English so I have to use my broken Japanese to communicate.
Facilities - Cannot ask for more for such a price. Free bicycle rental service is great for non-driving guess to travel around Yufuin.

Err hello? This is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff were just amazingly nice, given me the full Japanese hospitality treatment.
Limitless alcohol and drinks plus donuts in the morning for no extra charge.
Facilities are well-kept and clean. The onsite onsen is top quality. And the property is located uphill overlooking the town.
Honestly just highly recommend.

I thought it was self-service and no one was there. I didn't expect that there was someone to greet you at check-in. Someone told you the precautions. I thought the hotel was old, so I was prepared for it to be dirty. Fortunately, it was very clean. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very close to the JR station. I rented a private hot spring. I agreed with the front desk and registered. I can soak in it at will. It is quite clean. If possible, it is better to bring a disposable quilt cover. There are still some places that are not covered by their quilt cover. There are not many sockets, so you need to bring a multi-plug one. The quilt is based on the number of guests. Small disposable cups are given. Remember to buy some at the supermarket.

I was already tense from the appearance of the building, but it was more cute than I imagined! There is a cute shared sofa in front of the lobby, the discourse room, the bar next to the restaurant, and the terrace on the second floor, and the furnishings in the private room are very cute. The meal is French, but there are things that I have never eaten or juice that I have never drunk. The yogurt for breakfast was fun with frost sugar, marmalade, anko, black honey, etc. The rental bath was a Japanese style and the hot spring was full of emotion. The day I stayed was a rain of hatred, but the rental bath had a roof up to 1/4 in the open air, so it was rather nice and nice. The public bath has no roof at all, so it is definitely recommended to rent a bath on the rainy day. . . ! There are only 3, but I can call from the room and confirm it, and I entered 2 times, but both were available immediately. The staff and everyone were friendly and kind and very cozy hotel !! I want to stay again ♪

The buildings built in the Taisho Period are also partially subsided with floors and tatami mats when you walk. There was a fireplace immediately after entering, and there was a charcoal fire, so it was calm, and the room had tea, and from the corridor on the second floor, a thick beam with a blowout was a classic building. No bath in the room, but there was no inconvenience, in all room 8 room, 4 room family bath♨️. In the corona pass, the meal was distanced from others, and the contents were local vegetables and Umi Tate *, and it was delicious. Please be careful because one of the two stairs in the building is steep. The staff is almost a man (Ikemen 💖). There was no Nakai with the room, and other guests and staff were not seen except at the entrance, and the whole building was a quiet inn, not to hear the sound of the TV in some room. When I went to the old grandfather's house in the countryside, I suddenly stayed, and the grandfathers were away, and the handsome men's helpers served me ❣️, I felt like it.

GGuest User5살 아이를 포함하여, 어머님과 함께 가족여행을 왔습니다(어른 셋, 아이 하나). 집은 나이드신 노부부께서 관리를 하시는데, 꼼꼼하게 잘 챙겨주십니다. 집주인분께서는 영어를 잘 못하시지만, 항상 실시간 번역어플을 통해서 어떻게든 고객과 소통하려는 노력을 하십니다. 덕분에 불편함 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 위치는 유후인 버스 센터에서 도보로 10여분 정도 걸립니다. 걷는 동안의 주변 경관이 한적한 시골마을 느낌이 나는게 너무 좋았습니다. 집 앞의 작은 강에는 항상 오리와 다른 새들이 헤엄을 치거나 물고기 사냥을 하는 것을 볼 수 있었습니다. 온천은 노천탕 한 곳과 가족탕 두곳이 있는데, 가족탕은 예약 없이 비어있으면 사용이 가능한 구조이고, 노천탕은 정해진 시간에 남/여 구분하여 사용이 가능합니다. 저희는 가족탕을 애용했는데, 어머님께서 온천물이 좋다고 계속 칭찬을 하셨습니다. 저희 또한 아이와 함께 온천을 즐길 수 있어서 매우 만족했습니다. 일본 특유의 감성이 느껴지는 온천탕이었습니다. 호텔 어매니티(수건, 유카타, 칫솔, ...)는 가득 비치를 해 놓으셨고, 필요하면 필요한 만큼 가져다 쓰실 수 있습니다. 전체적인 집 분위기는 따뜻하고, 조용합니다. 다만 가이세키를 제공하지 않기에, 꼭 오전에 근처 식당에 저녁 식사 예약을 하시는 것을 추천합니다. 유후인 대부분의 식당이 예약제로 운영을 하며, 일찍 문을 닫아서 낭패를 보기 쉽상입니다. 보통 전화로 예약을 하는데, 저희는 일본어가 어려워서 예약을 할 때, 집 주인분께 도움을 요청드렸더니 흔쾌히 예약을 잡아주셨습니다. 유후인에서 있는 동안 굉장히 편안하게 지냈으며, 가족 모두 만족했습니다.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay here no doubt about it. The hostel was very clean and the onsen was just lovely. Private room was also nice and inexpensive. However if you have difficulty sleeping like I do please be advised that the walls are very thin! There are earplugs on sale at the hostel please bring eyemask! Also be prepared for lots of loud noises from 8am! Staff literally shouting and using the vacuum cleaner. So if you want to relax until check out I don't think this is the place. We enjoyed the owner singing to us as we left very nice touch

GGuest UserIt was already 4:30 pm when we entered Yufuin on the first day. The owner had already turned on the air conditioner in our room and provided instructions on how to use the hot springs. He was afraid that we would not be able to visit the attractions before they closed, so he drove us to the fairytale town. Although it was closed in the end, we were familiar with the route. He also helped us check the bus schedule the next day. Thank you!

TTrail725108Well ... location is good. It seems to be the nearest hostel from the station. Get out of the station and it's right on the right. I was surprised at the spacious room and there is a small family bath on the rooftop (about 3 people can enter) so you can take a hot spring bath while watching the night sky. However, there were many processing necessary for check-in (even ... who asked for passport number and workplace) and I left my clothes carelessly, but I took all the way to contact them, but there was no answer. I couldn't find my phone number, I contacted quite a lot by email, but there was no answer and ... facilities were pretty good, but the service was ... by the way, no one at the counter at night. If you go out, you have to press the password and come in.
