Nice large rooms with beautiful views. The bed was very good, the shower was strangely mounted and required some climbing, so less suitable for people who are worse in the legs (by age or having too many parties in the village ;-) ) The swimming pool was cold, but the view from here at the sunset is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is of moderate quality, there are enough rooms around for a delicious breakfast. The hotel has a parking area and very centrally located, all highlights of Vang Vieng are walkable.

The room is clean and refreshing, the environment is beautiful, the service is in place, the pool is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the Lao lady service is good!
Hot air balloons and paragliding can be seen at night and at night! Beautiful!

The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Vang Vieng town. The boss is from Vietnam. Although he doesn't speak Chinese and speaks only average English, he is simple and enthusiastic. The room is neat and clean and affordable

素泊まりでしたが、ホテルの通りにはご飯屋さんやバーなどもたくさんあるので街ブラしながら朝と夜のご飯が楽しめました

Located right in the centre, a short walk from everything you could need. The family who own the hotel were so helpful and attentive, even booking our bus for us when we left. Nothing was too much trouble! Great value for money. The pool was amazing and had the sun on it all day. Lots of options for breakfast and tea & coffee available to help yourself to all day. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, which was cleaned daily. 10/10 would stay again!

This hotel must have been the bees knees before the Amari was built next door. It does appear to have been left to deteriorate over the last two years of covid lockdowns, but dont let that deter you. Room had a great view and balcony, the pool was great and clean. I really hope they get the bar and restaurant up and runnibg again and dust off the sun beds (they were stacked away in a room), as this hotel has potential to return to its former glory.

The hotel is lovely and beautiful, but it seems to have been renovated. However, the price is not expensive. There is breakfast and the atmosphere is good. The weather was cool when I went. The view behind the room was of balloons. It was very beautiful. I will stay again.

The hotel proprietress is very friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy, there is a swimming pool in the hotel lobby to go down to bubble water, the seat is also very convenient, you can go to the night market within 5 minutes of walking out of the hotel, the hotel or the street are sold on the itinerary can be free to choose

Beautiful lake setting, amazing views, comfortable stylish rooms, friendly and helpful staff. New pool with bar, excellent cocktails. We booked three nights, then stayed an extra night, didn’t want to leave. Enjoyed jet ski and a trip with local fisherman in long tail boat. Hotel surprised me with a personalised cake on my birthday, a special touch. Setting is remote so we hired a motor bike in Vian Vieng. Exploring the area by bike was great, no other tourists around, Laos villagers going about their daily lives, quiet roads and amazing scenery. A perfect stay.

GGuest UserCheck In Date : 29th August 2022. Check Out Date : 30th August 2022. Room : 505. Location : The hotel is located just 10mins walk from the main Vang Vieng Road. It is quite central and there is a small grocery shop in front of the hotel. We were walking from EK Mart and it is easy to just follow the main road and turn right on the temple with green statue. Then we reached the hotel which looks just amazing outside. But the area is quite quiet during the night. There is a small restaurant near the hotel which is frequented by the locals and the food is cheap but taste just as amazing. Reception and Lounge : The recep area is spacious and looks grand. The check in counter is small and there are soft cushions to relax while waiting for check in. The reception speaks good english and very helpful too. The whole area is spotlessly shiny. The guy working surprised me. When we parked our motorcycle right in front of the hotel for the night, the recep guy told us to bring the motorcycle inside. By inside, I mean, in the lounge area. It is the safest area to left the bike at night because it is right inside the building. Room : Room 505 is just spacious and grandiouse in terms of EVERYTHING. The size is massive, the bed is soft, the bathroom is big, the AC works well and the best part is the view. The 2 windows in the room gave us the best view of the mountains. We simply love it. It is highly refreshing knowing that I woke up seeing the karst mountain that made the backdrop of Vang Vieng town. The mattress are super soft and the free space is just crazy. The room can fit 3 double beds simply. We think we get more than what we paid. The fridge works well too. The lighting is also nice.' Facilities : This hotel is disabled friendly. It has a working elevator to reach the high floor and it has all the necessity to cater for the old person. The dining hall is located just next to the reception area and it has many tables too, good for chatting with other guests. The swimming pool is located at the far end of the recep area and it is medium in size. There are several chairs provided there. I was swimming in the pool around 8pm, and was the only one. Breakfast : The choice is not much during our stay maybe because the occupancy is low. There are fried rice, porridge, bread, cereals, eggs and some sausages. The porridge taste super nice. Satisfaction : We are really satisfied with the hotel and through our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for other traveler.

GGuest UserWonderful stay Alex has the highest sense of hospitality, honesty and helpfulness towards guests. He helped us to get last minute hot air balloon tickets, shared a lot of useful information and hosted us for two days all this with pure hospitality and without profit interest. Room was clean and with a great view over the mountains. The hotel is charming and made us feel at home. The location is quiet and perfect with loads of good restaurants around at night and a lovely market some early mornings.

GGuest UserDreamy view from the room if you get the villas, otherwise rooms are in the back, of the rice paddies, food is mediocre and on the pricey side, i wouldn’t have mind if it was delicious, but views were gorgeous but do take note that the paddies are not year round, make sure you visit when the fields are green, room is good for 2 people, since it is not that big, a bit of a walk from the city center/ restaurants! But if you enjoy walking up with a view, and love taking nice pictures, this is the hotel for you

WWujiwuyiVang Vieng is a very new hotel. It has complete facilities. The breakfast is delicious. The service attitude is very good. The high-speed train shuttle bus to and from the hotel is very affordable. The driver also helped us carry our luggage. The balcony of the room is great for drying clothes. After playing for a day, it is so dirty. It was sweat. It dried quickly after washing. The bedding and towels were snow-white. There were no noisy cars or passers-by around. It was very quiet. The bathroom was very clean. Especially the refrigerator in the room was very new and very large. It is very convenient to buy and eat fruits. I brought a portable juicer. I have enough milkshakes every day. The cups are sterilized to prevent dust. It is very hygienic. The service attitude of the hotel is very good. They take the initiative to help you solve many things. Bathroom Bathing is also very good. New equipment. Very useful.
Diagonally opposite the Big Buddha, on the roadside when it gets dark, there is a local food cart. The food bought by the grandmother is very delicious. The homemade beef is covered with plastic wrap. The rice is also freshly made. The chicken meal is very bad. .Homemade chicken, pork sauce and eggs. It’s so delicious for two people. Good value for money. All organic and harmless meals. Take it back to the hotel for dinner. The stall will be out at 5 o’clock. It will be sold out at 7:30.
The freshly squeezed juices, sandwiches and burgers opposite are also delicious. They are run by Laotians and the prices are very good.
The surrounding activities are also very good. You can visit four places by yourself. You will have to take care of your meals for one day and you will be picked up and dropped off at the hotel.
Book hot air balloons and powered gliders in advance. The price/performance ratio is the lowest in Asia. The scenery is so beautiful.
Perfect Vang Vieng outdoor sports ground. Convenient transportation. Perfect!

We stayed here for two nights and the hotel itself was okay. Our room had previously had a large water damage on the ceiling which showed, but other than that it was fine. However you should not visit this hotel if you appreciate good service-minded management. Previous to our stay we had booked a hot air balloon ride through the management of the hotel. We had originally looked at another air balloon company but were persuaded by the hotel manager to book through her instead, as she claimed the trip would last for 1 hour instead of half an hour, which she claimed the other companies’ did. We paid the price as agreed upon and were extremely disappointed when the air balloon descended after only 30 minutes. Upon asking the manager about this, she suddenly changed her mind and said that her recommendation was based on a personal experience, where she was flown around for an hour. We made it clear that we expected a price reduction as we were not provided with the full experience we had paid for and that her guidance had been misleading. This she abruptly refused to give back part of the money and she became very unpleasant. She started answering back flippantly and ignoring our responses. We were supposed to leave the hotel a few hours later through a minibus, which she had booked for us, and suddenly she started threatening us to cancel the minibus and not help us with anything. Finally she decided to give us a 5$ price reduction (which is nothing considering we paid 95$). Definitely not a recommendation from here, which is a shame since the rest of the staff were nice.

GGuest UserI came here from Vientiane Expressway with my friends and saw this hotel after a while. The owner invited us to have dinner together when he saw that we had Chinese license plates. We could park directly, the room had air conditioning, was clean, the price was right, and it was close to the city center. We could rent a car and exchange money.

GGuest UserThe rooms are average but nothing special, some hostel rooms in the area have been equally as nice or better. There was an issue with the hot water which lasted 12 hours, the water turned brown and smelt disgusting. There was no communication from the hotel about this, we had to check with them to be told that it would be looked at later on in the day. Hotel grounds and pool are okay but a bit run down. Breakfast was okay. The buffet food and hot drinks were left to run out and customers would have to request more and then wait. We had two bags of laundry done at the hotel and only had one was returned so wasted time trying to track the remaining clothes which we eventually got. We had asked the reception to book a TukTuk to get to the train station on the last day however they didn’t book this for us and we waited 15 minutes for another, causing us to almost miss our train. The reception staff aren’t welcoming and do the bare minimum. Wouldn’t recommend.
