Great hotel within walking distance of the airport terminal with free parking. Room was clean and this hotel was a fantastic base for our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa - approx 75 min drive. The local shuttle bus into Luxembourg was over the road with frequent buses into town taking approx 20 mins. All public transport in Luxembourg is free so we visited town in the evening for some lovely food.

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

Modern hotel with comfortable and very clean rooms. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for business trips or leisure, having a bus stop in front of the hotel. I managed to visit the city few hours before the business meeting. Very good value for the money.

Clean room, nice location, free car park (underground and outside) Not customer oriented staff, AC did not work in the room and after telling them 2 times no body did a thing about it. So we had to stay in a super hot room for 2 days. We had only 1 chair in the room, although we were 4. I had to request this 2 times only after they brought 2 more chairs. They did not refill our complimentary coffee/ tea. The worst thing is staff does not want to listen to you. After each request they give you short answers and just get over with you. In short words you dont feel like they care about you by in this hotel.

I had a standard room on the fifth floor. A well-equipped room: e.g. kettle, fridge, microwave. The room has a bathroom and a separate toilet. Friendly staff and cleaning worked well. Good breakfast. Free still and sparkling water automat is available in the lobby.The hotel is located in a good location near the European Commission's tram stop. A short trip to the city center by tram. There may be traffic noise on the lower floors. Quite expensive room rate.

Stayed there following 24hr race at Spa, plan was to use pool and take bus to the city. However we enjoyed pool / sauna / steam room so much that we canned the idea of going to the city and joined another family for dinner in the restaurant. As a stopover from a hectic weekend it was perfect with a great amount of relaxation. Restaurant service was good and bar service afterwards also. Rooms a decent size. It did everything we wanted and nothing in our stay would put us off from staying again.

This is a first-rate hotel with excellent service and amenities. Although the hotel location felt a bit isolated from the city center at first, the (free) tram/public transport whisked us from the hotel to the center in less than 15 minutes. The hotel is also across the street from the Philharmonie which has an excellent concert program (our stay overlapped with New Year's Eve; the orchestra was performing Beethoven's 9th). The front desk staff was extremely helpful (MATHILDE was especially informed and helpful throughout our stay). The only (relatively minor) problem we had was finding the hotel in the first place; we took a taxi from the train station and neither the driver nor either one of us could figure out where to enter the hotel (helpful hint: the unassuming entrance is to the right side when turning in from the main street/tram; there's no driveway, porters, etc. and isn't the type of entrance you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber). Overall, it was a wonderful and very festive stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room. Bar and amenities were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram stop is a 2 min walk away and it only takes 10 mins to get to the centre of Luxembourg. Some local pubs and shops too.

I've stayed at other IBIS Budget hotels, but so far this one was excellent compared to the others. Nice rooms (with a card access, instead of a code). Clean rooms and proper daily cleaning. The area is good to visit any place within Luxembourg area.
