Very nice and tastefully arranged apartment. The terrace in front of the adorable. The view of Boka is an unforgettable experience.The hosts are friendly and hospitable. They thought of everything. Arranged beach, sunbeds, umbrellas, shade.I have no complaints and of course we will come again. I love Boka and now I have found the right accommodation.In a word, I am very satisfied.Thank you for everything

Lovely small hotel with good breakfasts, small but pleasant spa. Stayed for the 2nd time. Its own beach is perhaps not that good and is right next to the road.

was promised mountainous views, instead got a view of the car park and some trees. hot tub is not at all private and can be seen from every angle and is filled with grime. nothing within walking distance of the hotel. kids screaming everywhere. breakfast is rubbish. overpriced stay. staff is nice. ‘private’ beach is not at all private and is filled with screaming kids as well as people who aren’t staying at the hotel. terrace is filthy, returned from a day out to find shattered glass all over our floor. room service delivery fee is 20 euros ON TOP of price of food. advertised as child free adult only hotel but is not at all true, sat at breakfast and on ‘private’ beach with screaming kids everywhere. breakfast buffet is extremely underwhelming and not very good at all. don’t recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. The natural light that wakes up every morning and reflects the sun on the houses has a warming effect on your heart on cold winter days. The rooms are comfortable, especially shampoo and cream smell very good. Especially the employees are friendly and interested. Many thanks to Nik, Marina and Vladan! A lovely hotel, right by the sea with fantastic views of Boka bay. My husband, son and I stayed for 5 nights after a trip to Dubrovnik and were delighted with the room, right at the top of the hotel with a balcony, overlooking the bay ( a junior suite). the air conditioning was on full the whole time as it was very hot outside which was a godsend. It was lovely to have a sofa and armchairs in the suite. The hotel offers sun loungers on the beach and fresh towels daily. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food was great, we had breakfast and ate from the beach menu and main restaurant menu too. We did not have a car so had to use taxis to take us to Kotor and Perast as the buses were unreliable and only stopped in the village once an hour. Having a car would have allowed us to explore more and eat at different places. The village is lovely with the main road going through the middle - which is very busy as it is the main road around Boka Bay. We loved waking up to the glorious view each day and watching the sun go down from the balcony too. The beds were comfortable and the room serviced daily too. There are only 10 rooms set over 3 floors with no lift (as far as we could tell) so this hotel would not suit those who find stairs a struggle. The addition of a well stocked mini bar was nice (at reasonable prices) to save walking up and down 3 flights of stairs with drinks. There is also a small spa which we did not use. A lovely location to allow us to visit the main towns of Boka bay and also have some relaxing time too.

This is a guest house where the owners live on the first floor and rooms are rented out on the second floor Registration will be done upon request. Of the minuses: check-out before 10 am is not serious The kettle doesn't work There are kitchen utensils, which is a big plus, but the frying pan is completely scratched, it is impossible to cook without anything burning, and there is also no oil The kettle did not work, there were no tea accessories Wi-Fi was a little slow and worked intermittently There was always hot water The curtains are not blackout, so in the morning the sun shines directly into your eyes.
