Great accommodation with fantastic facilities.
They do not provide towels.
The kitchen doesn't have utensils, pans, pots, etc.
You need to bring your own.

Morgan and Shirley are great hosts and the room they present was well appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were full of information about the area and have a extensive compendium in the room for you to find all the little nuggets that Kaikōura has to offer.
Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very good, just by the sea, not far from the restaurant. There are convenient parking spaces. It is reminded that credit card payment for the room fee will be charged with credit card handling.

There is a park for children to play, and the space is very spacious.  The toilet and kitchen are open and very clean. There are also washing machines and dryers. Go to see the whale meeting place for 8 minutes. Affordable and very satisfied.

After 9 days of traveling in New Zealand and staying in so many places, I like this one the most. It is clean and quiet, with very complete facilities, and the house with a courtyard is so beautiful that it makes people cry. Although it is a 5-minute drive from the small town of Kaikoura, Kaikoura is basically self-driving. It doesn't matter if you have a car.

The motel is right by the main road, so it’s very easy find it. The room we stayed at is clean, large, and very comfortable. The Black Rabbit Pizza is a stone’s away from it and the little Cods and Crayfish quick bite restaurant is 100 metres away. The view from the motel is amazing with snow capped mountains in the background. It’s great. Highly recommended.

A lovely friendly welcome greeted us after a long drive from Christchurch. Situated just off the main highway, it is easy to find. The suites are a good size, very quiet, well equipped, good shower, and each has an outdoor space over looking a central courtyard. There is a supermarket and a pub serving good food within walking distance. The small charming town is a 2 minute drive away. This is not a beach resort but great for dolphin whale & seal watching. Thoroughly recommend.

A short walk from the beach, standing on the balcony to enjoy the snow-capped mountains and sea, just beside the only main road in the town, not far from the park and supermarket, the environment is very comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, you need to go to the reception of the hotel next door to get the key, the car is parked downstairs corresponding parking space, But the room is afraid of the smell too big to allow seafood to be cooked!

The location is relatively new, the room is quite new, the space is quite clean, and it is more comfortable. The credit card is not charged. There is a working time at the front desk. The key is returned to the key box.

The breakfast is rich, the lake view is beautiful, the room price is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. There is no kitchen in the room. If you fish in the surrounding sea, you need to go to the restaurant outside.

GGuest UserThis location is amazing; just step outside, and you’re at the beach. We stayed in a sea-view room on the second floor, and it was perfect—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedding was super fresh and tidy. I feel like this stay was flawless. One night was too short; we’ll definitely come back here again next time, and we’ll stay for four nights!

GGuest UserIt is a small homestay with a total of three or four rooms. It takes more than five minutes to drive to the main street of Kaikoura. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet, with a large backyard. The facilities are complete and the living is very comfortable. The hostess is also very hospitable and thoughtful. Unfortunately, I stayed for one night and I would like to stay a few more days next time. If you come to Kaikula, I recommend this place.

The hotel does not have breakfast, but the room has a simple kitchen counter, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, pots, bowls and other utensils are complete, hot milk, boiled eggs and fast food noodles are very convenient, but it is best to clean up before leaving the store . The room is very spacious and equipped with electric heating. The hotel is a bit far away from the supermarket, you need to drive to buy food, about ten minutes. Parking is free. Recommended!

The house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. But the house is older. There is a cat door at the main entrance, there is no fixture, and the cold wind keeps blowing in. The house feels cold. Luxury is a bit overstated. The price is not high, unless there are many people.

DDabenzhongVery cool hotel, you can face the sea from the balcony and sit and watch the sunrise! Crossing the road is the beach, surrounded by snowy mountains in the distance, beautiful. Driving to see seals, go fishing, go anywhere is convenient. There are simple kitchen equipment and tableware in the room, we bought steak in the supermarket and made a big meal by ourselves, which was great. Will definitely come again next time!
