"I booked for two nights for my son's 5th birthday celebration. I asked the hotel for birthday freebie and, they delivered. They gave a slice of cake upon check in with balloons, cake and teddy out of the towels. We also got a room upgrade to Sea view. it was beyond our expectation. the breakfast buffet was so good plus we get to experience Gordon's restaurant on the same building. What an experience! The hotel staff was also so courteous. They all greeted us with a happy smile whenever they see us. Especially the room service, because we asked for additional tea and laundry bags, they gave us without hesitation. the best part of the hotel was the sauna and the steam bath. We keep on going back because of it. Not only my son was happy but me and my partner as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was accommodating, however, when we checked-in they already informed us that cable has its maintenance, when we asked for additional pillows it’s not available as well 😔 only the family enjoyed was our breakfast meal 😊 especially the bacon it’s crispy and not salty the rest of the food was fine and delicious. "Solea Mactan Resort Hotel, Cebu Adası'ndan bir köprüyü geçerek ulaşılabilen Mactan Adası'nda yer almaktadır. Ayrıca havuzu da vardı, mezuniyet tatili için mükemmeldi. Otelden taksi çağırmak için 100 peso ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor, bu yüzden pahalı, bu yüzden Grab (uygulama) ile çağırmak daha iyi 🙆🏻♀️ Ayrıca check-in yaptırdığımda benden 2000 peso depozito istendi! Çıkış yaptığınızda size iade edilecektir. (Ödeme nakit veya kartla yapılabilir.) Her gün temizlik yapılıyor ve arayıp yeni havlu isterseniz veriyorlar ama çarşafları nedense değiştirmiyorlar. Yatağı topluyorlar ama hep aynı çarşafı kullanmak rahatsız edici. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi soğuk hava üflemiyor ve hava akışı zayıf. Saçlarım kurudu, muhtemelen deniz meltemi yüzünden, ama Cebu'dan hediyelik olarak sıkça tavsiye edilen bir saç yağını denedim ve düzeldi! Kullandığım saç kurutma makinesi (Panasonic Nanocare) transformatörle bile çalışmıyordu (ve bozuldu, hıçkırık), bu konuda endişeleriniz varsa, yurtdışı kullanımına uygun bir saç kurutma makinesi getirmelisiniz. İngilizcem pek iyi değildi, bu yüzden tercüman kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Personelle bir fikir alışverişinde bulundum. Herkes duygularını yüzlerine vurmayı başarıyordu ve aşırı nazik değillerdi ama sanırım bunu oldukça iyi idare ettiler. Aşağıda çocuklar için sığ bir havuz vardı."

"Ayala Cebu is a nice hotel that is next to Ayala mall. We arrived late and wanted to eat some , thinking the mall would be open. Please note that all food stalls and restaurants in the mall close at 9:30. So there’s that. The room was basic but had all the necessary amenities and wants that any hotel room would have. There is nothing special about this hotel. The breakfast was good with variety of foods."

"I truly appreciate this hotel. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, particularly the entrance guard who attentively assists guests. The receptionists are not only professional but also very approachable. Overall, I would be delighted to return to this hotel repeatedly."

"I brought my whole family to Be Resort for an overnight weekend get-away. We requested that the rooms be booked close to each other. They were so quick to accommodate and even gave us two rooms that are connected to each other. The rooms were clean, and the double beds were so comfortable. There’s hot and cold shower. There are a couple of machines in the gym that you can use if you need to exercise. You can enjoy a dip in the pool or at the beach. The breakfast buffet has good choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.  We enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and will definitely be coming back."

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were family-friendly, and we truly felt at home. "It was okay. The people working there were very friendly and the layout of the place was decent. There’s a lot of construction going on; the spa was closed and they’d be spray painting the bridge going over the pool while people were in the pool. It looked like a job that could’ve been done in a day which they stretched out the entire duration (probably still a parking on it now). The spa was the same- closed and under construction the whole time. The place is next to a big vacant construction lot where dogs would howl for the majority of the night. The majority of the food was awful and overpriced, you’re better off going out to eat. To put it into perspective, a beer at the fanciest restaurant outside the hotel cost 125 pesos, there it cost 265. I accidentally booked 7 days instead of 6 and they wouldn’t refund me which is mainly why I’m writing this brutally honest review. Bluewater down the road it’s much better."

"We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Savoy. Usage of the beach/pool is included with the rooms. Dinner was fantastic. I had a problem with the room card and the elevator. Sometimes it would not read and missed my floor. The staff was hard working especially during the breakfast buffet because it was so crowded may guests had to wait for tables. It was Father's Day and the last weekend before school started. Other than that everything was great. Thank you."
