"Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, nah beim Bahnhof und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatte mein Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, ist machbar. In meinem Zimmer wahr sogar eine Klimaanlage was unter dem Dach wirklich Sinn macht . Die Ausstattung ist schon ein bisschen Retro und die Plastikauflage auf der Matratze geht gar nicht . Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und das Personal recht freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt hier."

"The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was warm. It was in a good enough location 5-10min walk to old town. The only two things that I didn't like were the shower, but it still worked also there was no place to sit and relax after a long day of walking or doing tours and have a drink or socialise. (Maybe there was an area and I didnt see it)"

Neden benden daha fazla ücret aldığını anlayamadıkları için otel yöneticisine e-posta yazmamı istediler. Sorunu çözdü ve fazla ödenen tutarı iade etti ancak çıkış stresi bende endişe yarattı. Aksi takdirde, otel odası gerçekten güzel ve büyük ve konumu bir parkın önünde huzurlu bir mahallede, toplu taşıma ile şehir merkezine ulaşmak kolay. Otelde kahvaltı yapmadım ama yakınlarda yemek yiyebileceğiniz pek çok yer var. Hoş bir dokunuş - odada kapsül kahve makinesi ve lobide ücretsiz kahve."

"Номер був чудовий, в номері було чисто, все необхідне для перебування також було. Робітники готелю привітні, охайні і великий плюс, як для мене, розмовляють англійською (я польською не володію)"

"Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet."

"Great hotel when staying close to the airport. Greeted with a simle and check in was fast with all the information you need. Booked a family room but sofa bed wasn't made up. Called from the room and within 5mins they arrived with extra towels, waters, pillows and duvet to make it up. Perfect 👌"

"Otel şehir merkezinin hemen dışında yer alıyor. Toplu taşıma araçlarıyla merkeze ulaşmak zaman alıcıdır. Otel eski olmasına rağmen kısmen yenilenmiştir. Odamızda iki adet konforlu çift kişilik yatak vardı. Bornoz ve kapsül kahve makinesi de mevcuttur. Banyoda alışılagelmiş Accor markası DEĞİL, Rituals'ın yüksek kaliteli bakım ürünleri var. Ancak küvet kaygandı. Kahvaltı iyiydi ama harika değil. Havuz küçük ve oldukça serin suya sahip."

"기차역과 약간 거리가 있지만 근처에 트램역이 있어서 시내 관광에는 무리가 없었어요. 1층 레스토랑에서 식기와 얼음을 받을 수 있었고 직원들은 친절했어요. 욕실이 넓어서 좋았고 방에 창문이 없었던 것이 가장 아쉬웠어요~ 아, TV가 인터넷TV여서 유튜브를 이용할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요!"

"Hotel has amazing view on the Vistula river on Wawel castle. The room was clean and comfortable. Sitting on a terrace with wine in the evening is a poem. Once you cross the river, you will immediately find many nice restaurants and bars in the old district of Krakow."
